Everything was good, apart from the house keeping. Some days they would forget to put in toilet rolls and fill in the soap dispenser.

Horrible Experience - Unresponsive, Rude, and Discriminatory My week-long stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. It's been over a week since I checked out, and I'm still waiting for my incidental deposit to be returned. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel, I've been completely ignored. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is appalling. But that’s not even the worst part. The staff at this hotel are some of the rudest and most unwelcoming people I’ve ever encountered. The main receptionist was downright hostile, and a woman from the health and wellness department was no better. Their attitudes were clearly discriminatory, and it felt like they had a problem with guests who aren’t locals or who look different. The blatant prejudice and lack of respect were shocking and made me feel uncomfortable throughout my entire stay. This hotel is a disgrace. They clearly don’t care about their guests, and the discriminatory behavior of the staff is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—especially if you expect to be treated like a human being. Save yourself the frustration and stay far away from this place.

It was a fantastic hotel! Absolutely stunning and all of the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was really good as it was buffet! Also had a indoor and outdoor pool which was amazing! Overall 10/10!!

Very beautiful hotel nice staff , kuzey in reception was very helpful and helped us to smooth check in , mojdeh in spa and wellness was fantastic she was the only one in spa which could speak English perfectly and she offered all available packages and promotions I definitely recommend her , mehmet bey in hair salon was also very professional and polite , I had hair highlight and hair cut with him which did great job and my mother had hair cratenin was also great. Moreover great breakfast,we will definitely come back to this hotel🙏

Pretty nice hotel, very friendly staff

Hotel over all is pretty good but is not as good as it looks on the photos. They made expensive look but it’s not real stuff. For example table in the hallway looks pretty good but you can see the are chipped because it’s not real wood. Same goes for the doors and dining tables. But overall it’s nice.

Its a nice hotel. Hasan was very helpfu las was the gentleman who chcked us into our rooms. It is 15 minute walk to the shopping centre and around the same time to nearest Metro.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area on the Asian side. Short walk to the mall 8 mins. Loved everything food staff Location seems to be used by local clinics for patients recovery as well.

Excellent hotel and friendly Staff

The bathroom had mold in showers and water continuously leaks from shower on to floor creating slipping hazard ( we advised the front desk and house cleaning and nothing was ever done ) Foot got sliced on faulty garbage bin placed in room (bin opening function was likely broken ) advised house keeping and front desk even showed them pictures of laceration and garbage was never replaced. Extensive staining on carpets next to bed producing odor took video and advised staff and nothing was done. Room was not supplied for double occupancy (shower caps etc) requested the same and again no response for 2 days. Ordered room service breakfast and order was delivered wrong twice additionally coffee was cold upon delivery to room and never replaced as requested. Poor response time essentially a lack of response on all parts. I would like to be contacted as we were of the impression this resort was 4-5 stars as listed on your app and we were deeply disappointed in almost all categories by what we experienced.

The Swimming Pool, Spa, Gym and the seaside rooms are very good.

Friendly staff, I love them

They really need to work on the drainage in the bath tubs....clogged and the water collects and you stand in a shower full of dirty water while showering. Also stop trying to save on the curtain materials by using narrow curtains which do not fully cover the windows, and have light coming in at the corners of the curtain at 5am to disturb sleep. Apart from that the staff was very lovely and helpful.
