Property could use updates. Bed was ok. Nice view and roomy balcony. Room temp easily adjusted. Did not feel very clean, especially floors. Wastepaper basket was rusty as was outer fridge. Shower curtain stained. There was a band-aid on the shower wall. On the plus side, when we requested towels and a hair dryer they were promptly delivered. No hand towels on arrival; we had only bath and wash cloths. No floor mat and we had to use a towel for the bathroom floor. Employees friendly. Free breakfast was only toast/bagels/croissants and apples with coffee/tea/juice. No on-site bar or restaurant but can walk to Hilton easily. No proper lobby, just a desk in small entrance way. Good location to beach, to walk to Condado and easy Uber to Old San Juan.

Hi the area was really good, but room service terrible from my 4 days only 1 day did clean my room, the other not even came to pick up the garbage. A lot of noise outside and smoke smell in the hallway . Not clean not the bathroom floor or the carpet in the room.

The room was very comfortable and clean. An spectacular bathroom. Spacious and beautiful. It was near of many attractions in San Juan. Getting to the hotel, entering and getting out of the building was really difficult and cumbersome. No clear signs and the entrance looks like the back of the place.

The staff was friendly, didn’t have small wash towels. Walking strip in walking distance. The breakfast is what really got me upset it was just bread, bagels and coffee. They also had cereal (corn flakes).we were disappointed by that. Room could have been cleaner .

When I arrived at 8:30 pm, I checked in and went to my room. The door opened but there were dirty towels on the floor and the tv was on. I assumed they had given me the key to someone else’s room. But no, it was my room, it simply had not been cleaned since the last guest checked out. And because it was 8 PM, there was no housekeeping to clean the room. At the same time I was checking in, another guest was complaining about a flood in their room from the shower. That guest was supposed to be transferred into another room. However, they only had one room left, so they gave it to me and told her they would give her towels to mop up the floor. The hotel had very pleasant staff, but it was dirty. Once I did make it into my room the next day, the refrigerator was filthy and had dried ice cream stuck inside. There were clumps of hair in the hallways and they had no washcloths. The shower water only reached Luke warm temperatures, and none of the toiletries were filled to the top. Towels were not replaced unless you requested it and it took forever for them to be received. Again, the staff was very kind, but this hotel is not someplace I would ever stay again.
