The overall stay was OK had toilet issues with the first room so we moved to another room. There were issues with the washcloths that were not clean insect issue.

Very clean with comfortable beds, furnishings excellent and clean bathroom with great shower. 80 degrees not understanding why pool is closed when this area is warm throughout September, very disappointing. Breakfast average but great staff and well taken care of. Didn’t appreciate the 250 damage deposit, that’s more than the room and wasn’t told using my checking card vs credit card made the difference between 2 day return and one week return…

I booked a stay at a motel with another name, so i was a bit surprised when i arrived. When i inquired at the front desk, i was informed that it was a newly remodeled Hampton Inn. My reservation with the other motel was still good so i was pleased with that. Everything about the motel was great. It's also within reasonable driving distance to Boston and other points of interest in the New England area. Breakfast was good, but i was unable to make time for the pool; even though it looked pretty tempting. Highly recommend this place.

We recommend 2 chairs in each room. We only had one desk chair for 2 people. And a hot tub would be great at the Manchester Hampton Inn location. Otherwise the service and accommodations were great!

Hotel very nice- recently renovated so brand new - my only complaint is the website said pet friendly but did not indicate anywhere tgst there is an additional fee of $75 for a cat, made the one night stay $250 - a bit high. Everything else was fine

It was not our first time at this hotel and it won’t be the last. The room was spotless, the staff was kind and available, our stay there was enjoyable. And it’s well located, close to highway and services. I recommand it to anyone who visit Manchester.

Told when we checked in there was a $175 deposit!!!! Was advised as 'pet friendly' but charged non-refundable $75 for bringing a cat when the charge was hidden on the booking.

The manager is not available from Friday thru Sunday. I complained the lamp shade(not working) and the lady(Sindy) transferred us in other room(the 2nd room was so stinky). There was a pee at the top of the toilet cover and on the floor. I almost throw up, it smell like an old public toilet and never cleaned at all. I will never go to this hotel. Worst experience ever!

It's newly renovated and very clean. Everything from the rooms to the lobby were completely new. I will say the only thing that was confusing is I booked a LaQuinta and the signage is all for Hampton Inn by Hilton. I assume they are taking over the space currently? So not sure what the disconnect was but it was confusing until I tried to check in and they told me it is still a LaQuinta.
