Room was small, but it's London so that's expected. It was clean, safe, and the front desk staff were always sweet and helpful (and we were a bit high maintenance at times). I would definitely stay here again!

My room was on the ground floor, near the reception. It was loud, since early in the morning and often at night.

Good service, good location, beds were comfortable. Only cons are we had to wait a bit for the room (like 10 minutes) and the walls were a bit dirty (I could see some handprints).

The hotel is located in walking distance from Victoria station which is practical if you’re flying in to Gatwick airport. The halls are narrow, walls are thin and rooms are smallish. However, staff are friendly, rooms are clean and location is both pleasant and central. Overall good value for money.

Book it! The location is perfect and so close to the train & bus station. Dining options are plentiful - close to all the attractions - safe & walkable. The hotel itself is great as well! Staff is so friendly and always greet you with a smile. We arrived early and they held our bags until we could check in (such a nice perk). Our room was exactly as photographed - clean, comfortable beds, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for. The rooms are on the small side - but how much time are you really spending there? The bathroom is gorgeous - newly remodeled and done very, very well. Hot water, shower pressure is great, and enough fluffy clean towels for everyone (and then some). No complaints at all - Thank you so much for a perfect stay at a VERY reasonable rate!

The street is very beautiful and quiet. Hotel is good for its price, very small room but it works fine if you just need a sleep and rest in a convenient location in London

Perfect small room. Just what’s needed for solo travel on a budget

The room was great with four single beds, which made it very flexible for a group. The beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent for getting to the subway as well as majors attractions on foot. We were there only only two nights, and the staff made it really easy to check in and out efficiently.

Very small elevator, the shower floor was very slippery. I arrived late in the evening around 11:45, the staff behind the desk was sleeping.

I love the UK and been traveling for 40 years. Decided to bring my wife and daughter this time. Victoria Inn wins worst experience ever. From the rude check in experience to the strong chemical smell to the cracker sized pillows, it was horrible. Even though we paid for three nights, we escaped after two. All of us felt terrible after a night and I was having trouble breathing. Thought I was catching a bad cold. We made it through one more night before we had to evacuate. It made us all sick. The room for three would have been small for two. They just threw another bed in w no walking room or room for luggage. We ended up putting towels under the pillows, just to have some support, as they had no extras. Two days out of the hotel, we’re all feeling and breathing better. It was truly creepy. Never a smile from the staff, just a glare when we came and left. We had changed hotels from the wonderful experience at Mercure London Bridge, as they couldn’t accommodate the whole stay. I’ve stayed at a few shady places, but this is my first bad review of any hotel, and the Victoria Inn finally inspired my debut.

The staff are always friendly, but the double room I had booked still left me with no space to move, no chair and table to work with. Thankfully when I called the manager she was very understanding and moved me to a bigger room with a table and chair and enough space for my baggage, even. That was a major relief for me. The cleaners need to do a bit more work though, to ensure the carpets are swept and toiletries updated. Was the same complaint during my last visit

The “family room” is incredibly small. I’m 6’3 about 270 lbs. i could barely fit in the shower. Had to suck in my gut to get in. The door to the bathroom hits the sink without opening completely The room had 4 small beds with little floor space beyond the beds The room was in the basement where cleaning people gather all their supplies for cleaning the room Could have stayed a few blocks up the street for not much more money and been more comfortable

The property was nice and easy to locate from the coach station. Room was really neat and staffs I met were really friendly. I look forward to staying there again

Sink was blocked on the first day, got it sorted. Television had very poor signal and did not work.

Small smelly room, bed tables with dirty spots. Bathroom in poor condition, needs renovation, door handles were not screwed properly, unmatched toilet bowl sit. All hooks in the bathroom were removed and never replaced. But Belgrave area is very convinient and safe.

Small rooms… don’t expect to move around. Convenient location and clean… just super tiny.

Great value for the location. Boutique hotel. Old school hair dryer. Creeky wood floor. Nice clean linens. Comfortable bed. Has an electricalntea kettle, tea bags, instant hot chocolate, instant coffee, sugar packets and a couple of Biscoff biscuits.

If you just need a comfy bed and a shower but don't need space then this is a good option

As others have said, small space but totally adequate and very clean. It was just what we needed as a place to come back to after a days sightseeing to shower and sleep. Kettle with teas and coffees, smart tv and hairdryer all supplied. Easy transport access to bus, tube and train. Would return again to a good value for money property in a lovely location.

The people were very nice. They had a luggage storage service which was new to me. We could leave our luggage and go.

Enjoyed the stay
