yall tried to charge me for smoking an i didn't even smoke i dont smoke

Fitst rate front desk staff. Friendly, professional, hrlpful. Truly outstanding emplyees. Set the ultra positive tone for our entire stay. Would definitely stay at this property again. Room was spotless and very well appointed

Folks there were great, why the low rating cause our room was not ready. I did the check in on line with my credit card and all. First couldn't find that which had about my pet friendly room. It was 4:30 and said we had to wait to get a room clean. Took about an hour. we were tired after traveling for over 10 hours

Very nice pet- friendly accommodations. I was impressed with the size of the room and the cleanliness. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

I didn’t expect a handicap accessible room when I checked in, but when I saw the walk-in shower and all of the handrails in the bathroom, I was really glad that I was assigned this room. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I picked this hotel because it is on a direct line between Shreveport and Dallas, where I live, but knowing what I know now, I would happily pick it again.

Cross country trip landed us for a night stay in Shreveport. When I find one of the newer La Quinta hotels, I typically choose them. I was not disappointed, actually I was very impressed: room was very clean, bed comfy and great water pressure. Good AC, and we heard no noise from outside. Staff was very friendly, especially Timme at front desk. Although we did not use the pool which looked really clean and inviting, we enjoyed sitting at the outdoor tables by the pool while sipping on a cold beverage from our cooler. Area felt safe, parking well lit. Breakfast - nothing special, pretty typical free breakfast but was satisfying enough. 2 thumbs up, will stay here again on my next road trip thru this part of country.

It was a great stay. The people were nice. The room amenities were awesome. The breakfast was large and varied. My only complaint is the AC unit. It sounded like it was on its last leg.

The breakfast attendant was really nice and she made sure my family and I had everything we needed. She was super friendly and made my stay enjoyable.

This hotel has an amazing staff. Top notch people work there. Everyone was warm, friendly and accommodating. The hotel and our room had a high standard of cleanliness. I would definitely stay there again if I was in Shreveport.

It’s clean and comfortable, but the best part is the staff. They’re helpful and friendly. I fly in to Shreveport twice a year and plan to stay at this hotel whenever I do.

Check in was slow and the lobby was LOUD! It was 2 am before we arrived so there were only a few people in the lobby. The TV was BLARING! The clerk stopped helping the guy in front of us to take a long phone call regarding a reservation rather than putting the call on hold to finish his. Then a guy who had been working through a problem with a reservation came in from outside where he had been trying to reach customer service and she took him next. Long story short, the process of check in was way longer and a whole lot louder than it needed to be. We were there for one night. The room was fine. Bed was comfortable. We skipped the breakfast as there were not a lot of options and went to the WaHo next door. All in all the stay was adequate for our purposes. The review would have been better except for the check in process.

Staff was great, rooms were great, breakfast was pretty good. We were looking forward to using the hot tub, which ended up being a warm whirlpool, so that was disappointing.

Had constant issues with roaches crawling everywhere, saw multiple times by the tv near the dresser and in the bathroom, will never stay there again

We arrived and were promptly told that our reservation had been canceled, and they had no explanation for their mistake. We were offered a lesser room, and we left for the Comfort Inn next door. It was like a Seinfeld episode, “You know how to TAKE the reservation. You just don’t know how to KEEP the reservation. “

The property and hotel was nice . Elevator closest to my room didn't work. No one advised or made mention of the issue. Lugged suitcases up 3 flights of stairs before finding out the elevator on the other end actual worked. Other than that the hotel was wonderful.

The hotel was awesome. The staff is super friendly. My only issue was how low to the ground the toilets are. On the plus side it was great to have a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. Be sure to not leave any valuables in the room.

I’m sorry but I can only give a terrible review because I was incorrectly charged 400 for a cleaning charge of smoking. I do NOT smoke! I had a child and a dog with me. Thankfully I took pictures of the room when I got there and before I left. Also my bank has cancelled the charges but I don’t think anyone wants to go through this. They might have confused me with another room but it did not sound like it by the front desk clerk. The reviews are what caused me to rent here but the people that work there seem to not want decent folks coming there by doing this. There was a maintenance or cleaner following me while I was checking out. A lil creepy but I didn’t think twice about it at the time. There’s also a Hustler Hollywood right next so don’t bring your kids here cause you know the other types of people that might come here. I should have done more research on the area. Otherwise it would be a decent hotel. Not sure how it got such great reviews.

This property is pretty from the pictures. Now the check in area gives 2020 do over, but once you hit that elevator. It does and look likes it is there for foreign contractors only. The people were nice until I complained then the discrimination came out. I’m African American and I know racism and discrimination down to the workers. Not one black manager and then they hit me how long does your hair take to do when it’s long like that. Never ever again. Beware of Laquita in Shreveport on financial plaza.

This stay was a part of a long, unplanned trip. We stayed in several hotels from Ga, to Texas and back while traveling tor a family emergency. This was by far our best hotel experience. Beautiful property. We loved the full size Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash… large beautiful room and bathroom. It was quiet and a wonderful stop on our way back home. Great breakfast too.

The stay was nice, and the property and staff were courteous. The building and grounds were well kept. But, Upon check out my co worker was accused of smoking in his room and has never smoked. The manager was more than helpful in resolving the issue. It would of been a mistaken charge of $400. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

The elevator still was not working after one year:: because I stayed about one year before, I was not impressed with the room it smelled musty and a/c work sometimes also the room had no soap, the carpet stank, I guess the workers that stay just keep there boots in the room.

I loved the People that work there - so kind, so helpful, truly genuine southern hospitality! Waffles were great from their complimentary breakfasts BUT hate sausage and would love it if they could have given a choice with Bacon! Many thanks for our second stay there too!
