Didn’t read the reviews before booking and what they say are true. place is falling apart, cockroaches, holes in sheets, but the size of the rooms is really nice and I do feel like we got what we paid for. In this economy, it’s understandable that businesses don’t have the funds for upgrading. Still happy with my stay but the place could use a few paint jobs\repairs and pest control. I think this would be great for a family on a budget, especially if you’re going up to the park and just need a place to stay. I think if the owners spent an hour or two a day fixing up the rooms it could make a difference.

Dirty rooms and spiders

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It looked nothing like the pictures and was absolutely disgusting. The room was filthy. The bed, couch, and walls were stained and dirty. I will never stay here again

We didn't get the option to choose a specific room like the ones that are shown on the web page where we booked. The room that we were sent to was really bad in condition. The restroom was in really bad condition the faucets were really ugly dirty and loose there were roaches cockroaches behind the metals of the sink and the tub and the drain. There were roaches coming out of the couch that is a sofa bed. Our arrival was at 3:45 a.m. and we instantly ran to give our complaint, the customer service that we received from then was absolutely astonishing. Respectfully we were heard and instructed on how to submit the complaint online through the hotels.com company that we booked through. And our family was offered the next morning before we were turning in our key to leave the hotel. A very kind gentleman helped us out to get a different room which was better in condition 90 times and there was only one roach found, the kitchen sink was a bit clogged, and the sofa bed was dirty but the mattress on the sofa bed was really clean and good condition. The inconvenience was saved by this kind gentleman for us to stay the full week at a better room. It was very satisfying that our complaint was Heard and they resolved our issues. Our family has agreed to come back to this place next year. They have nice food spots near by. We didn't go to any amusement park this time of year. I was unable to upload any pictures. It was the worst placed I’ve stayed at kind off expected for the low price but dirty bed sheets with yellow stains and cockroaches in the bathtub was something I got to experience for the first time and probably last time I stay here regardless of how much cheaper the rate is if you can’t have a clean bed and restroom it’s a definite pass for me.

Roaches..... was too tired to deal with it, and what the heck is up with the hotel with no ice? Didn't order food because of it? There were roaches in a shower - roaches when I walked in... they were like asking me if I was there baby daddy?

Don't let the outside fool you. The room was really nice. Clean and comfortable. The only issue was the location. We were there to go to Disneyland so this location is a little further away than we normally do.
