Great beds and coffee. The freeway was really loud in our room. But we really didn’t mind. We had a great stay

Room had a bad sewer odor. When we reported, they moved us promptly to another room. Breakfast was good. Staff was super friendly! Recommend their full size suites for families.

Short walking distance to the park. Breakfast was ok.

Everything went smoothly and the people that helped me on the journey were nice and friendly great service from the rental, to the hotel. I will most definitely be planning with yall for my next vacation.

Parking very expensive

Valet service only, I wasn’t aware till we go there but it was nice. Our room was ready early, around 2, that also was nice, we enter till around 8 after visiting Disney. It was surprisingly close. The bathroom shower could be cleaner. There was no conditioner. The kitchen didn’t have dish soap & sponge. The breakfast was small but good 👍

The cleaners need to make sure they are cleaning good there was hair in my shower in the corner of the shower on the floor of the bathroom and by the toilet. The carpet is the room was dirty and can use a carpet cleaning. Overall the staff was nice but won't stay here again.

Nice rooms and comfortable walking to Disney parks

Not a fan of paying to park but I’ll get over it.

Went to Disneyland with the family, no little kids,so the walking distance was no concern. It was a great option if visiting the park with family. Nice good breakfast.

The location was exactly what I was looking for in a hotel and it was easy to find. The check in process was unfortunately a bad experience. Upon my arrival I was surprised to find out that valet was the ONLY option the hotel had and there was a fee which was NOT clearly stated in the hotel description. I expressed my dilemma with the front desk agent and even presented the information I had obtained prior to booking which was a crucial part in me choosing this property. He showed little to no empathy for my issue and gave me an excuse that made absolutely no sense. I headed to my room and was very pleased with the amenities as well as the cleanliness although they had given me a handicapped accessible room which wasn’t what I had booked. It didn’t interfere with our stay. I went back downstairs and as I was walking up to the desk to request change I had heard the same front desk agent talking about me to another clerk stating “that’s the one.” Which I didn’t appreciate at all. The continental breakfast was just bad. My family and I had got there an hour before it was due to close and many dishes had run out however they did refill them during our time we dined but it seemed very overwhelming for the staff. The quality of food was also incredibly poor. Our check out was much more positive thanks to the agent who offered more empathy and explanation than the prior agent I dealt with. I didn’t catch his name but he was wonderful! I would not chose to stay here again.

I t was nice to have breakfast before we took off to Disneyland, about a 10 to 15 min walk. We walked back in the afternoons to rest

The hotel is okay. The breakfast is pretty good and the all day coffee is convenient. We had some difficulty getting housekeeping to clean our room. Carpets in our room were stained.

My family of 12 stayed here for our vacation to Disneyland. The first morning when I was going to shower, heard a gurgling and smelled sewerage and then the tub backed up with stinky water and some black stuff. Called the front desk they sent up maintenance and they came and “fixed” it. Had to ask if he could disinfect it, which he did. The next morning the exact same thing. The walk to Disney was was quick and easy. The additional fee for parking was not known to me. They did “waive” that fee after the bathtub incident but I realized after checkout that being an IHG member it would’ve been free parking anyway. Staff was good and friendly, rooms we’re comfortable.
