Great location! The staff was wonderful and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious! Don’t miss the view from the roof terrace. We so appreciated the late check out. We will be back!!!

We had a delightful time. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was very helpful. From making tango dinner reservations to helping us find banks , grocery store, and restaurants. Room service and breakfast were both good additions to our stay.
Rooms were well appointed and in great condition and very comfortable.

Great accommodation for the price. Everyone was very friendly, beds were comfortable and everything was extremely clean. Breakfast was great and included in our rate.

Would highly recommend. Perfect for walking and seeing many neighborhoods of BA. Staff is amazing and room was exactly what we needed: clean, comfortable, great shower pressure, and in a quieter but super convenient area.

It isn't a luxury hotel but the staff do their very best to ensure you're comfortable. It's a good and clean place to rest your head. Speaking as a female solo traveler, the staff was very attentive and gentlemanly (helping me with my luggage and ensured I got into the taxi safely, particularly at night). The area is super safe while I was there. There is a grocery store 2 mins away within walking distance. Also within walking distance is the bar Florencia Atlantico that sells good cocktails and a wonderful cafe called Farinelli that I often had breakfast at. Very good. What I loved most about the hotel was the outlet section next to the nightstand that had an Argentine outlet along with a US charging outlet, which was so convenient for me. It also had USB charging capabilities. That was great.

I really enjoyed my stay at Carles Hotel. The room was spacious, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfasts were good and it is very well located to visit many tourist attractions on foot. There are numerous good restaurants in the vicinity for lunch or dinner. It is easy to get to the City Centre (walking distance). I highly recommend it.

Enjoyed the Carles Hotel. It is clean and comfortable in a nice area near Plaza San Martin. Easy access to trains and transport. Walking distance to sites and interesting areas. Staff is sxcelkent

Great boutique hotel in a great location in Centro. Staff are very helpful and breakfast was above average. The room was very comfortable with the best rain shower head i have ever experienced. Roof top patio is very cool. Recommended.

Amazing stay at Carles Hotel. Clean room, surprisingly quiet even you’re in a busy area. Friendly staff, great breakfast! Will definitely book again here when I return to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!!
The only thing I can mention is I forgot my sweater at the cabinet. One place I didn’t check, my fault.

Cute boutique hotel close to downtown and many tourist attractions. The staff at the front desk are amazing. They are friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and the beds are super comfy. The only issue I had was that the housekeeping could be more thorough. There were several long pieces of hair found in the bathroom and one on the bed. The location is great and you can walk to most of the tourist locations from the hotel. The breakfast is good. I wish the fruit was covered since there were flies around. They could have had more hot items and a variety of eggs. We were only there for one night so didn’t get a chance to use the gym or rooftop. I would stay there again because I found the neighbourhood safe and the staff easy to talk to.

The location of this hotel is centrally located to all the beautiful Buenos Aires sites and Galleries. The front desk staff is helpful 24/7 in making reservations for taxis, tango shows, tours, etc. The full breakfast every morning is delicious and the rooms are roomy. brigh

This is the best hotel! We loved the area and everything about the hotel but most of all the staff!

Safe clean hotel in a great area to stay as a tourist . Staff were exceptional, the manager even made our daughter a colouring book to accompany a long journey. All staff spoke good English and were helpful with local area information and arranged currency exchange at good rates.
The hotel was very child friendly.
Nice breakfast buffet in the basement each day.
We had a large suite room which was large with private balcony.
Good restaurants and cafes just minutes from hotel.
We used the hotels transfers and Uber while in Buenos Aires which both worked well, Uber being particularly cheap.
We would absolutely stay again if visiting the city.

Nothing really stood out. I'm very surprised at the high rating it has. It was a pretty average hotel. The receptionists were helpful though.
The area around is is fine. Definitely sufficient variety in dining options. Walked to a museum.

This property is located at the center of the city. you are able to go to some restaurant, to buy something that you need, and some interesting places by walking.

Absolutely deserving of their high rating! Location is close to lots of restaurants, ice cream shop, major attractions. The room was impressively clean. The best thing would be the service - we were given great restaurant suggestions and tips about major attractions. The staff clearly cared about doing a good job. Would stay again next time i'm in buenos aires.
