Our stay was great ! The room was nice and clean equipped w all you need. It was comfortable and very peaceful. Small but very homey and comfortable!! I would def recommend to anyone and also would stay again.

Beautiful apartment with balcony was clean and tidy. Courtesy water and drink was small sweet complimentaries. Spacious with large TV in every room. Loved our stay

The hotel doesn't look like the images. It's falling apart in many areas. Signs of bedbugs and other pests, dirty, rude staff, uncomfortable beds. My 7 y.o daughter almost fell down the stairs due to a railing that was literally hanging off the wall. Loose tiles around the pool area showing concrete behind looked like they could fall off at any minute and hit somebody on the head. Water didn't seem clean, never saw them clean the pools whilst we were there. Lots of ants in the room all over the walls. I was getting bites that didn't look like mosquitos so I checked the bed and found signs of bedbugs (dark staining). The spare bedding for the sofa bed didn't seem like it had been washed. One particular staff member was very rude to me. Unfortunately I got quite sick on our trip and had to visit the emergency room, I arrived back at the hotel in extreme pain & with a child. Although my booking said that parking was included, when i got back from the emergency room there was nowhere to park. 2 spots were taken up with cars the hotel had available to rent out and one spot was blocked off & saved for the managers car, but they never seemed to actually use it. I asked them to let me use that saved spot so I could come in with my child, take my medication and lay down, I told them that I had just come back from the hospital and that I was in a lot of pain. They told me that parking wasn't included & refused to let me use the empty spot that was blocked off. no more space to type

Very responsive, clean, nice location. Restaurants within walking distance, Loiza st has many places to eat, we liked Del Mar, Pinky’s, and roofyard. It’s easy to walk to beach, the interior of the hotel is nice, however not much in the way of conveniences such as ice, we went to Walmart and bought a small ice chest and two beach chairs, this made our stay better for beach going and ice in the room, renting a car is a must, highly recommend Target car rental, no BS and friendly service and they have free shuttle service to airport. We spent most days traveling to different beaches and the views don’t disappoint. Old San Juan clean and appears safe. Large police presence throughout the entire island. No beggers and very little homeless people. Most businesses have someone who speaks English, overall a great trip. Thanks Rosalina!!!!

We checked in on Monday from that night until we left on Thursday their was no internet connection at all I kept asking when would it be fixed no one knew, we had to asked for towels and wash clothes

We were moved due to AC leaking and even though we pre planned with the location of our arrival time our room was not ready upon arrival. The shower leaked all the way out into the room and so the bathroom rug remained soaked our whole stay. We were only given 2 towels in the room and yo are expected to take out your own trash. There is no changing of sheets or towels throughout your stay and we stayed for 5 nights. Very rarely will you find help on-site. Internet went out after the first night and was never fixed throughout our stay. So there was no TV available because of this nor Wifi. There are only 4 parking spots on-site and good luck trying to find a spot. The smoke detecors are like having a rave in your room at night and the black out curtains only cover a part of the windows so it never gets dark in the room. There are no bedside lamps and we made coffee every morning located outside otherwise it would not be made. I would not recommend this hotel.

I love the staff! Every single one of them! They where beyond accommodating. The rooms where clean. I like how the hotel is close to all the restaurants, tourist spot and the beach. I’m a frequent Puerto Rico visitor! And I will probably stay here again! Specially because they coffee is delicious!
