Friendly, accommodating, excellent breakfast and walkable safe location close to restaurants, Hop on Hop off Bus and many attractions. Simple, quiet and comfortable hotel for a 3 night stay.

Friendly, accommodating, excellent breakfast and walkable safe location close to restaurants, Hop on Hop off Bus and many attractions. Simple, quiet and comfortable hotel for a 3 night stay.

Hotel advertises cocktails bar but it only open at lunch till 5pm and they only have wine and beer, maybe champagne but did not see it in our mini fridge; only provided 2 towels, we never asked for more no washcloths which I guess is common now. Shower doors don't close tightly so floor is always wait and tiny shower mat does not absorb it all. Noticed mold spots on ceiling and wall above shower will let mgmt know. They were very hospitable, coordinated transportation and gave us directions and food recommendations. We enjoyed our stay just disappointed that the rooftop pool area was closed the entire time of our stay. It does look lovely.

Overall, my stay at the Arc Recoleta boutique hotel and spa was good, but with one big problem. The rooms have hardwood floors and are furnished with two wooden chairs. When people move those chairs in the rooms above you, it makes s loud, horrible sound akin to nails on a chalkboard. You essentially can’t sleep until those above you sleep and you are awake when they wake. I don’t sleep in late, but the group above me was awake each morning very early each day. Made for some tired days. The rest of the stay was great. Amazing location, clean room, very friendly staff, and good facilities.

Great stay after a 2-week work trip in Argentina. Very nice staff, quite hospitable. We left some luggage early and hung out in the lobby on the day of departure with no worries. Great breakfast and comfortable beds.
