The bathroom was moderately clean

There was a tootsie roll behind the night stand that included but not limited to a pile of dirt and grime. ugh. The lobby is gross, the elevator is disgusting and smells. I grew up in Sandwich and we had family in town. I wont be recommending anyone here, ever. Unfortunately we'll be driving out to Yorkville from here on out.

Pool had fake fingernails by the pool during our whole stay. My niece and daughter went to the pool for very limited time (10 minutes) and got out after finding fake nails and bracelets. They were not allowed back in there but i did ensure to check through our stay to see if it was clean and it wasn’t. They did not clean around the pool or in it there was bracelets and stuff at the bottom of the pool. For breakfast; bagels and bread were molded. Milk was expired. Apple juice was expired. Cream cheese left on counter when it’s supposed to be refrigerated. The pancake maker was clogged from failing to clean the machine properly. In our bedroom in the ice bucket there was a half eaten bagel. The cleaning staff was sitting on beds in room playing on their phones and eating. The property had not been kept up on ground work. We weren’t able to play volleyball because the weeds were so high. The floor in our room was filthy. When we walked our feet turned black. There was trash in the chair in the lobby that was there when we got there and when we left. There was a dirty rag that looked like it was moldy sitting on the counter next to food. I did not take pictures of the outside. I have uploaded the pictures I took

Comfort, coziness, cleanliness, bed linen. plenty of parking spaces

lack of hot water for some reason. The water ran barely warm. I couldn't even take a shower. I'm sure they will fix this problem soon.

the location works for us because our family is very nearby.

the hot water took forever to reach us, the blow dryer burned up in my hand. the place has no food or bar and the pool room is unheated. the bedding is insufficient for the winter months. it would be nice to have a comforter on the beds instead of just a thin blanket. and the pillows are terrible.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

The room was very dirty, the chairs had very visible white crust on the arms and seat areas. we used towels to put over the chair to sit at the table to eat. the coffee maker has an old moldy filter and coffee in it. The TV signal was also terrible.

The girl at reception was incredibly nice, professional and informative. Lobby was very nice.

The toilet and shower should have been replaced a long time ago. No counter space in the bathroom. Very little in terms of the breakfast.

Location was good. Staff on front desk very helpful

The hotel was not very clean, carpets in bedroom very stained, lack of towels. Rate included breakfast which was very disappointing- bread or cereal on offer.
