Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food options were nice, exceptional service at the restaurant. The room was comfy - I ended up getting a virus during my stay (which was horrible!) but the bed was comfy and I was able to get food delivered to me while I was recovering. Bathroom was clean and modern. Check in and out was smooth and easy.

The shuttle service was only for certain times - I booked this hotel because of the shuttle service but ended up having to uber everywhere because it wasn't available when I needed it unfortunately. Also the TV guide/menu didn't work so I had to scroll through each channel to find something to watch. There isn't a big light, so in the evenings it was quite dark (which is great for getting good sleep but not great when you're trying to find a specific item in your dark suitcase).

The room was very clean and comfortable.

The pool had a lot of stuff floating in it. It looked like blobs of dust. There weren't many channels to choose from on the TV in my opinion.

I am disabled and requested a handicapped room. The room was fine except if was far from the elevator and was hard for me to get there and back.

Beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms. Forgot my toothbrush and they graciously brought me one to my room. Water pressure was awesome and temperature gets hot.

Parking lot could use some attention with potholes.

Location was centrally located-very easy to get anywhere you need to.

We left with bite marks all over us-I’m pretty sure bed bugs! The hotel was very curt-and said they’d have their engineer look at it and get back with me. Super disappointing.
