It is centrally located within walking distance to 7th Street Metro. 10 mins to Crypto.com Center is ideal if you are catching a game in the arena. 7-11 directly across the street helps with your daily necessities. A complimentary breakfast is a plus though you cannot expect a full American breakfast.

Nothing! This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had! To start the restaurant and bar are “closed until further notice”.. Room was complete filth. Computer chair had coffee stains all over it and was torn. Coffee maker wasn’t even by a plug to plug in. Bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever laid on. Staff could care less about any issues. Still fighting with the hotel to get a refund! DONT STAY HERE!

Good central location, close to metro which was great for getting around. Staff were friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was good. The room was clean and had a coffee pod machine which was much appreciated!

Had an alleyway corner room which was very small (small is fine for us as we are a couple and were only there for 2 days), but highly recommend requesting NOT an alley room as we were woken both mornings at around 4am by garbage trucks. Room was also parallel to office buildings

The room was really spacious, bigger than we expected. The breakfast is a little basic but decent enough and this is a really good location for downtown.

The price was exceptional. Parking was expensive but because of the low price of the hotel as a package of the secretary symbol. A rollerwave bed was surprisingly very comfortable with very fluffy sheets and comforter. I would come back for the coffee alone. the coffee press that you guys have in the rooms is so good. It gives you hot frosty delicious coffee. front desk staff was exceptional. The doorman that was security brought us to the bed and I we gave him a nice tip. He are so kind. The room was small but extremely clean.

No microwave in room or building

Śniadanie skromne ale dla mnie wystarczające. Duży plus -kawa na wynos. Obsługa pomocna. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie. Nie ma tzw. resort fee. Nie wszyscy o tym wiedzą. Hotel dobrze zlokalizowany jeśli chodzi o metro, bezpieczny - jest ochroniarz. Hotel bardzo ładny, nowoczesny, osobiście dałabym 4 gwiazdki.

Na śniadaniu powinny być metalowe sztućce albo plastikowe ale dobrej jakości. W okolicy hotelu, metrze mnóstwo bezdomnych. W pokoju powinny być inne drzwi do łazienki.

Location was great, easy to get to most places in and around LA. LA is expensive so it was nice to have breakfast included, no wasn't anything extensive but it fills the hole in the morning. The staff were helpful and polite.

Might seem small but it was a real pain during the night - the bed sheets didn't fit the bed! The fitted sheet would roll up with every move. As other reviews have stated, there are quite a few homeless people around the area but they keep to themselves, we didn't feel unsafe when walking around the area. I've put this in the dislike part because I think more needs to be done to help homeless people in LA, it is clearly a problem that has been created because of the cost of living in LA plus the pandemic.

The staff was very friendly. The location is ideal when staying DTLA. The room was clean and bed comfortable.

The walls may be a little thin. I could hear the neighboring rooms and guests upstairs. Also, it's unfortunate that the adjoining restaurant is not operating at the time. It would've been a good opportunity to grab some food and/or drinks during the day.

Todo muy bien, sólo el cobertor aun que estaba limpio, no tenía un olor rico y por lo tanto la habitación olía así.

Freundliches und hilfsbereits Perosonal. Zimmer sind genügend gross und sauber. Lage ist auch gut vieles (Restaurants Rooftopbars, Clubs, 7/11…) kann man zu Fuss erreichen

Zimmer zur Strasse (Fenster zur Strasse) hellhörig, man hört die Autos und vorallem die Raser gut.

There was nothing I didn't like

Nothing, seriously this hotel has absolutely no redeeming features whatsoever.

Took three attempts to get a room with working air conditioning and a functioning fridge. The bathroom was missing half of its sliding shower door, the corridors smelt strange, like some sort of pesticide or something unpleasant. The staff don't appear to understand what the term "service" means. The breakfast offer was pathetic. We went around the corner to Denny's, having looked at what was on offer. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone....

The glass window was poor quality, all street noise came in, cars racing or revving up at 12-3am, did not let me sleep. Shower doors not glass but plastic???? One of them did not have a seal with floor so after shower, lots of water on floor, had to cover with 3 towels which got dirty, not cool.

L’emplacement est super. Y’a le Starbucks pas loin, l’arrêt de bus pour aller à Disney, un Ross à 2 rues de l’hôtel et le métro 7th St à 5 min de marche, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements en transport en commun. Et lorsqu’on rentre tard il y’a le subway du même côté de l’hôtel pour manger. Et en face le 7/11.

La clim avait des fuites d’eaux mais le personnel a su s’en occuper au plus vite.

Beaucoup de sans domicile à proximité de l'hôtel, comme à peu près dans toute la ville. Le petit déjeuner est un peu succinct, les croissants un peu secs.
