They don't provide hair dryer and you could hear the other room noises

Beds

Cleanliness was poor. Toilet seats were sticky. Debris was found in drawers and under bed. Refrigerator did not get cold enough to store perishables at a proper temperature. Door did not remain shut without an extra effort to shut it and actually woke up to find it wide open. Building and grounds are poorly maintained.

Parking, charge for parking when we are paying for the night is the biggest fraud

Its a nice simple, clean, quiet hotel to lay your head down after a long day at Disneyland. It’s comfortable has a/c ,t.v mini fridge and it’s right next to Disneyland about a 2-3 minute drive to parking lot and 15 minute walk.

Bad staff and extremely dirty rooms! Had to change hotels due to smell in bathroom and spiders as wells as spiderwebs in the room. Bed were dirty and it seems they didn’t change sheets. Had stains on them

Dead insects in the bath tub when we arrived and a live cockroach on the floor (a dead one in the hallway too). Rooms are very outdated but you get what you pay for (not really but in comparison to other hotels in the area).

We don’t now the hotel are in restoration. Don’t hace lobby, no brekfast

The staff was incredible and friendly.

I didn’t like the outdated rooms. They were also under construction which made it less pleasing. For the cost of the night I was expecting it to be nicer.

The location was close to Disney, but nor walking distance

The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom had a lot of hair.

it was close to Disneyland

the ceiling leaked the first night we were there. it burst open in the middle of the night on too of my fiancee and her luggage. the person in the office offered to move us to another room, that was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. they also proceeded to tell me that they were aware of the leak. why would they rent a room that has a known leak ?! they didn't even offer an apology! when we were checking out a few days later, I asked about a refund for at least the one night of the leak, and the person in the office said they couldn't help me and to email the manager. it's been over a week and k haven't heard back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this sorry excuse of a place to stay for ANYONE looking to have a nice vacation with their family. Also, the towels and bathrooms weren't clean at all.

30 min walking distance to Disneyland

Unclean, unmaintained, too few power outlets, bathroom ceiling leaked water all over, hard towels, zero amenities, unhelpful staff, narrow parking, no carpet. We chose not to even use the shower. There was NO LOBBY!

filthy, under construction, no amenities…..live wires falling all over in the rain walk way to upstairs slanted cracked and falling lower with the heavy rains, ceiling was leaking so badly and termites covering the property! Mattresses are thrown all over the property and homeless people are sleeping on them! there is no front office just a small room with a door open and a bell my husband slipped and fell and hurt himself and they said well there’s a sign. this whole thing was a joke and I think the Attorney Generals office should see and hear about this
