Staff was friendly. The walk to Disney was not bad. We walked to the Mickey's and friends parking and rode the tram. It's not a 5 star motel but it work for us. Great price for the fact that we were hardly there. We were on the 3rd floor and could see the fireworks from Disney.

It was a small location, good if you had a smaller vehicle. Very close to park, walking distance, freindly staff.

Shower curtain was not working correctly, kept saging and hard to keep water off the floor. Need to bring a night light mext time.

check out is at 11 and a housekeeper opened our door while we were changing at 10:40am. she was like “are you guys checking out or staying??” and my husband told her we were already leaving. that was so rude and can’t believe it even happened. we were packed up ready to leave we just need to change clothing!

Only thing wrong was ,when we got to our room someone had used the restroom and didn’t flush it it still had urine and poop in the toilet .

It is a very quick 15/20 min walk to Downtown Disney and Theme Parks.

I wish breakfast was a better selection and an earlier time. It being 7am to 9am makes it to where people are rushing to the park opening at 8 am or not able to make rope drop.

Breakfast was such a disappointment. WiFi did not work in our room on the 3rd floor and front desk wasn’t able to help with that. Elevator was very scary and janky. Did not feel safe riding it

Relatively inexpensive. Great location with about 2.5km walk to the Disneyland gate, but less than 1km walk to the Pixel Pals parking structure where you can take a free shuttle straight to the gate. The beds were comfortable and the sheets clean. Washroom was clean with working hot (and cold) water. Good enough to take a hot, low flow shower, with no instances of the water running out. Temperature of the room was good (not too hot nor cold), with no noticeable smells. Free breakfast was offered consisting of individually bagged muffins, cereal, packaged oatmeal, coffee, tea, milk, orange juice. Not fancy by any means.

Keep your shoes on while in the room. If you’re walking barefoot on the carpet, the bottom of your feet will be black.

The elevator didn’t work properly and smelled bad of natural gas. The breakfast was stale pastry’s, cold cereal & oatmeal. The milk that was offered one morning was bad. There was no room service during the stay for fresh towels, coffee items, toilet paper or Kleenex. The room and location appeared completely different than the pictures posted in the ad listed in Booking.com.

I like the location close to Disneyland and the breakfast included in our stay.

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. I found a few bugs in the bathroom area.

No breakfast, outdated room&furniture, mattress was so uncomfortable I literally felt the bed springs pressing on me. The shower was clogged too! 30 minutes is too far away after you've walked all day! Light

The bed is uncomfortable, the bathroom doesn’t have a shower separation, so it gets wet everywhere. The ac/heater doesn’t work. They could’ve placed much better beddings and breakfast was disappointing. Really, for a $100+ a night, I expected better.
