Pathetic and poor service service level 0 early morning I called to the receptionist her name was joy I asked her if I can get lighter she said she will check and come back to me after 15 min I called her back she was like we are checking if we have lighter again after 15 min I called was so rude To me and she dropped the line on my face and to clarify I am usual customer I use to come to this hotel 2 to 3 time a week this was the worst experience that I had and this will be last and I don’t advice anyone to visit this hotel

Location

The room smelled like cigarettes even after I asked for a non smoking room. The wifi did not work. I was promised it will be fixed on the same day, but it did not work even a day later which forced me to check out and go to another hotel with wifi. Not recommended
