Staff was very welcoming 😊 I came late but still they were able to help me🤗

The was too small 🥺, and there was no closet so I ended up putting my bag on the floor 😢

Nothing the area was scary and I dint even check in cause my kids were so afraid.

Never been in a scary location like that

Power cut, air con not working even when it's too hot, one iron only for all clients in the facility,quantity if coffee and sugar not matching number of your guests , no phone extension in rooms in case you want to reach the reception.

I would not recommend staying at this establishment. While it is true that you often receive what you pay for, certain basic amenities such as access to water are notably absent in the rooms. Despite the presence of a vending machine, it only accepts R20 notes, and acquiring change from the receptionist proved unsuccessful. Furthermore, the surrounding area lacks convenient shops within walking distance. Additionally, accessing the rooms with the key cards is time-consuming, often taking up to five minutes. Moreover, the air conditioning inexplicably ceased functioning, a notable inconvenience given the limited space within the room. Lastly, the condition of the throw or blanket looked like it had been through the worst.

My phone was stolen in the hotel and the staff where rude the manager didn't want to show me the cctv footage
