The apartment was very clean very airy with lots of floor space for a perfect break. The owners of the property go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for your stay and little touches like leaving a little message on a card to welcome us in the apartment was so sweet.

The apartment was absolutely lovely! Everything was thoughtfully arranged for our comfort and ease. The view was amazing, bakery and food store a short walk down the steps. We walked to Dean Village and explored all around! It was just perfect!

The apartment was wonderful, exactly as advertised. Was a great location to tour Edinburgh from, had very nice views, and everything we needed to feel comfortable. Very good communication with the host made getting settled in very straight-forward. Would highly recommend.

This rental is very conveniently located for access to Edinburgh. It is within easy strolling distance of the city, and also the Botanical Gardens (which are wonderful - and free). The host provided all the information we could possibly want and was very responsive to enquiries. The apartment is spacious and stylish - with its Art Deco theme. Edinburgh has a lot to offer, but even more than Edinburgh itself we really liked Stockbridge with its park and river, its artisan shops and great pubs. The Stockbridge Tap is a must-visit pub if you like a good pint. If you are cheese lover you *absolutely must* visit George Mewes Cheese Shop in the Stockbridge. Absolutely fantastic cheese from a friendly and well-informed owner. We fully recommend this rental - and Stockbridge!

Had a lovely stay at Evan and Avril's place. Spacious place with considerate touches for guests, both were always available and provided a smooth stay. Highly recommend.

This flat is so cozy and charming with an incredible view!!! Loved the towel warmer and it was great to have the washer. It was a five minute walk to the market!!! It was so convenient to get to the bus, walk to Princes St. and quaint town of Stockbridge. Loved the botanical garden!

Euan was so kind and helpful both before and during our visit over New Year 2024 - Hogmanay! He gave us great tips including where to view the fireworks without stress. It was great to have parking. There’s very easy access to an excellent bus service into town. It’s a stroll to lots of shops; cafes and restaurants. The apartment was warm and cosy with space for the four of us to relax. We loved the lounge dining room with its table overlooking the area. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to one day be able to make a return visit

A cozy, warm and festive flat greeted us after a long drive. The kitchen had everything and more that you could need including a dishwasher. The bedrooms were clean and the bed linens were beautiful and the beds very comfortable. The flat is in a beautiful part of the city and only a comfortable 10-15 minute walk to Princes street. There is a bus stop within 5 minutes too if you prefer. The flat is exactly like the photos and diacription and we will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas holiday, one to remember.

This was our third vacation in great Edinburgh. After we have made in 2022 very bad experiences with the former accommodation and the landlord, we were a little afraid to experience such an odyssey again. But all our concerns were unfounded. Euan and Avril are wonderful hosts and the Flat was stunning. The photos on the internet do not do the flat justice. We thoroughly enjoyed every day and night and highly recommend this accommodation. We will gladly come back again.

I stayed here for one month and was very happy with this flat. It has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and a washing machine for clothes. The beds are very comfortable and the wifi is great. It is conveniently located near several bus routes, making it easy to get around the city. And the hosts are really lovely, helpful people. I'd definitely stay here again!

All the comforts of home ,well situated and easy access to public transport Euan was very helpful and responded very quickly to all our queries.

The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed and we would certainly recommend it. The area is well served by buses and a 20 minute walk into the centre of Edinburgh. Stockbridge (10 minute walk) has some lovely coffee shops and a fabulous cheese shop.

We had a wonderful time at Euan and Avril’s apartment. The information booklet made it easy to find shopping nearby and it’s location made walking or busing in and out of Edinburgh a breeze. We have stayed in many travel apartments all over the world, none have been as fully equipped and as “homey” as Euan and Avril's

What a lovely and perfect rental!! Clean, beautifully decorated…comfortable beds..great bathroom too! We arrived at midnight…no problem getting in. Neighborhood is clean…safe and friendly. The view from the flat is amazing!!! Easy walk to edge of Edinburgh…also checked out Stockbridge..also a fun town!! Communication with Euan was great…and we were able to leave our luggage there on our last day…as they didn’t have a guest checking in…that was very kind of them!! If I ever visit Edinburgh again..I would POSITIVELY stay at Euan and Avril’s again!

Could easily walk to bus stop and grocery. Loved the view. Had everything we needed. Also enjoyed being able to watch Netflix.

Very clean and easy access to the City centre. Edinburgh uses can be a little difficult to find the stop for the return trip.
