Great access to Disney parks. Loved the space of indoor and outdoor living. Great bed rooms and perfect number of bathrooms. Fabulous for our family to stay during our vacation. Excellent communication with the owners and property management company. We hope to be back soon.

The home was just as described and we all endured the closeness to the park and the spacious backyard for the kids. My son is already asking to go back to the Nemo house.

The house was great and the beds were comfortable. There were a lot of rules about noise and parking and the keypad to enter the house was a little tricky, but overall it was a good option for a trip to Disneyland. The walking distance to Downtown Disney is fairly easy and we walked the first day, but opted for driving on the next two days because the walk feels so much longer after walking for miles at Disneyland! Would definitely stay there again.

Overall our stay here was nice. There are a few things that coukd be improved. These include a new kitchen faucet, medium sized forks and spoons, a quieter water heater, a walk in mat, a dush drainer, more garbage bags, and some more blankets. We enjoyed having a tv in every room, the cute decor, there were lots of towels, a stroller, and most kitchen items we needed. It was nice it had a big backyard and was about a 20 min walk to Disney. This was a nice place to stay, was clean, and had lots of beds. The check in/check out process was easy, too.

We used this Nemo themed house for our Disney trip and it was the perfect location. Took about 10 minutes to walk with our stroller over to Disneyland. I had to spend one night with my toddler on the bottom bunk one night and I wouldn’t recommend that torture device of a mattress for an adult, but my son had no complaints.

We booked as a family and Friends for the Half Marathon. Loved it. Perfect size. We walked to the Parks and Ubered home at night for convenience. New Start & Finish a bit far away but easy drive for drop off and pick up. Property couldn’t be cleaner and easier to use. So nice! Thank you!!

We had a great stay. Did 2 days at the parks and we were able to easily walk to them. Would recommend.

Location of house is great if you want to walk to Disneyland parks, probably a 10-15 minute walk. We rented a car so it took us about 3-5 minutes to go back and forth so that was nice. There’s a few things that need to be either replaced or repaired, the washer was leaking water, the sink faucet in the kitchen made really loud and weird sounds, the bathrooms were not properly cleaned and we found hairs and stains around the toilet, the plates and cups that were stored in the cabinets were super dirty, with grease and food pieces on them, the house makes a loud noise when hot water is in use (I guess the water heater is on the roof?). We had to wash them first thing when we arrived. The rooms are perfect and ideal for a big family, 4 rooms (one with a king bed, two with a queen bed - one of these rooms has a bathroom inside which was nice!, one with bunk beds and a toddler bed) all bedrooms have their own TV plus the one in the living room. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect for our little family get together at Christmas time for our Disney trip! Everything was clean. Instructions were clear and precise. The size of the rooms were perfect for what we needed. It was a 15 min. brisk walk from this property to the Downtown Disney entrance, which was very convenient. There is a pickup/drop off for a $7 Uber ride. Cons: 1. Water pressure for showers leaves a little bit to be desired. Water pressure at the sink was fire hose power however. 2. Master bedroom closet was 18" wide. Not that we needed it for our 3 day stay, but it was really odd. 3. Door code was unnecessarily long and the combo lock took a bit of work to get right. 4. If you plan on cooking anything, bring all of your own consumables. There is no oils, no seasonings, no coffee or tea, etc.

We loved this place. It was close enough to walk to Disneyland so anybody that wanted to could go back to the house for a break. It has 3 full bathrooms which was very nice. Probably the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. The patio area was great and where we hung out the most there. And the decor was amazing.

This was beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to the freeway. Within a 30 minute walk to Disneyland. Or short 5 minute drive. Well stocked kitchen. We would stay again.

This is a great home if you plan to go to Disney. It is less than 5 minutes away from the parks. The home is exactly how it was listed. It was spacious enough for all 7 of us and clean. The check in process was a breeze and communication with the hosts was good. The neighborhood is quiet which is important after enjoying a long day at Disneyland.

This property was perfect for our large group. There are 3 full size bathrooms, so no one needed to share. The rooms were clean, stylish, and had comfortable beds and pillows. We were within walking distance or a $7 Uber ride to Disneyland. Hosts were accomodating and communicative. I highly recommend staying here.

This house was perfect for our group of friends. We had enough beds for everyone, very clean and great location. We were just a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney. The neighborhood is very quite and clean. The house had everything we needed and more. Our hosts were wonderful and easy to get ahold of when needed.

The house was the perfect size for our family of 7. The location was great. We were able to get to Disneyland early and coming home for lunch and dinner didn't make us miss out on time at the park.

This house was neat, clean, comfortable and had all necessary amenities. It is within walking distance, but to save time and our feet we chose pay the $30 to drive and park in the parking structure. The $30 is for the whole day, even if you leave and come back. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay there again!

This was the by far the cleanest vacation rental that I have ever stayed in. Great for our group of 6 ( 2 parents, 4 college students). Management was very responsive. Great location, we never had a problem getting an Uber within minutes of requesting one. Quiet safe neighborhood, nice next door neighbor. Loved this place !

We stayed here in our trip to Disneyland with our kids. Very convenient. Clean and plenty of places to sleep. Just what we needed. 😁

We had a great experience staying at Nemo House. With 5 adults and 2 kids, we had plenty of room for all, and all the basic amenities you would need. Though the weather stopped us from walking to/from Disney as planned, you can’t beat the proximity. On one of our park days, we came home for a few hours in the middle of the day to dry off and rest, and being so close, it was no big deal. I’d definitely stay here again!

This quiet and comfortable neighborhood was exactly what our family of seven was looking for during our Disney vacation. Clean, comfortable home, within easy walking distance to Downtown Disney. Comfortable beds, and living room. The kitchen was perfect for us to do some grocery shopping, and provide our own breakfast each morning (and, dinner for a couple of the nights). It’s definitely a location we will consider again.

We had a great weekend at this house. The check in process was a breeze and we were grateful for the A/C as it was a hot few days! The kids loved the theme and the bunk bed room. We walked to the front entrance of Disneyland each day via Downtown Disney which took some time (20+ minutes) but it wasn't too bad. The home was clean and spacious. It was nice to sit outside and enjoy the great weather. Overall, a really great experience.

There were 9 of us in our group and this house was perfect, we all fit comfortably and it was in a great location. Very clean, we'll maintained, would definitely stay here again.

great location, very close to Disneyland parks. Clean with a nice backyard. LOTS of rules which are off putting. Parking is VERY tight - but workable. Electric sockets probably need to be upgraded.... Would stay again if I returned to the Disney area

The house was great and the neighborhood was quiet. The walk to Disneyland would be a little long for kids, but for us with adult kids and one toddler in a stroller it was great. We learned to shuttle people to the drop off point just outside of Downtown Disney. All in all the stay was great and we would rent this property again.

Home was just as pictured and easy walk to Downtown Disney. Very clean. Great communication from management. Definitely recommend!
