first of all the customer service is absolutely sh*t!!! They don’t know how to talk to customers. They look down on you. second of all the rooms were not very clean. it had hairs on the beds stains aswell seemed like they never changed the bed sheets and when we told them they ignored us and goes after prayer even then asking after prayer they made excuses up. the workers are really unprofessional. they have 10 lifts but only 8 work and it takes 20 minutes sometimes to get up to your room because waiting takes so long due to the people waiting to go in to there rooms. wouldn’t recommend it if going with family it’s an absolute sh*t hole. I would never ever book this hotel again. lastly sometimes getting into your room is a nightmare the key card doesn’t work sometimes so you’ll have to go back downstairs and they’ll re scan the key card for you they won’t even give you an apology mine happened atleast 3 times the same day

the Hotel had already given our room away when we arrived to check-in and did not have anything available for us. We then ended up have to find somewhere else to stay for the night. The front desk were very unhelpful and rude. They did not care at a all and rather were blaming us for not coming earlier to check in.

The only good thing about the hotel is its location which is just 2 to 3 min's walk from.

Many things: No mobile network in the rooms. No wifi signal inside the room, has to go in the ground floor lobby . Bedsheets,, towels, toilet rolls were not changed during our 3 day stay, even after informing at the reception They don't accept visa cards, only mada cards. And their payment POS was not working due to no/poor network connection. At the end, after 20 mins I paid the cash.

I travel around the world different countries different continent's but this place was horrible even though I paid for the hotel in advance I didn't stay there for a minute because it was stinking and the beds had bed bugs walking on the billows this hotel was the worst experience for me and my family and I wouldn't even have my worst enemy sleep there the staff was horrible too. Honestly They don't even deserve 0 rating

This hotel didn’t inform me on the added tax and therefore added extra charges which shocked me but we had to pay due to the cancellation fee being double the price. They did charge a lot for the added tax fee and it was a like a fraud.

Hotel location was perfect. Respation stuff was very bad and disrespectful. Room was very bad location. Very small/ very dirty. Beds was very uncomfortable. Toilet was very small old and dirty. There was no sin of house keeping. I will never go again in my life in this kind of hotel. Resp

There was nothing me to like. Expect location that’s all. Because I had my older mum with so she couldn’t walk for long.

The location is good.

Floor Carpet is very old and dirty and needs to be replaced time to time for clean and hygiene. Burn out lights and low lights inside room and corridor. The check-in system is very old, and we have to wait more than one hour to check in..

one good thing is close to Harram

Bathrooms are not clean properly and the cushions are very very old, have to be replaced they make million of riyals but they are not upgrading the appliances, even front door lock is broken there is no privacy.
