Todo super cómodo y la atención súper buena, todo el personal muy amable

Cerca de todo las atracciones Disney y Universal (en carro). Habitación muy cómoda.

Cobro demasiado elevado por parqueo del carro por noche. Lo que tienen que tener cuidado es con el desayuno, en booking se ofrece pero en el hotel te dicen que no (ten cuidado). El desayuno es un equivalente de $25 (en mi caso para mi y mi esposo) de un menú que tienen. Honestamente, para el precio del hotel mejor te quedas en Fierfield con la misma comodidad en habitaciones y full desayuno y sin pagar parqueo.

The staff was perfect! The Brazilian lady is AWSOME (Anahi I guess!) ! ❤️ super friendly! The hotel is super new, super comfy, and the price is fair! We love it! We wanna come back soon and stay Again! Nice experience!

The options for food in the hotel, breakfast and snacks it’s just a little. It’s not that close to Disney springs, but the price worth!

Hotel was clean

There was no mention at booking or at check-in that you would be billed an extra $50 for parking. Down right sneaky.$50 is half the cost of the stay.

updated and a really good vibe, good fitness center. Inside a lobby you can find a bar and pool table, staff were very kind and speak english and spanish all of them.

The pool area can get a little more love from the property.

Property was overall clean and front desk staff was friendly.

Very noisy though, the walls seem to be made out of paper and we were woken up several times by people just passing by in the hallway. It was like we had our door open.

Nothing in my room worked. No lights or outlets worked. I couldn’t make coffee in the morning. There was mold around the edges of the shower. The AC barely worked. I tried to speak to a a manager but the staff doesn’t know their hours and apparently they are always in meetings.

I loved how clean the property and room were! All of the staff were very nice and accommodating. I also loved that all of the attractions were pretty close.

We were not able to use the pool at all because it’s pretty small and we didn’t feel comfortable being so close to others people/ kids in such a small space.

bathrooms didn’t have ceiling vents and a Bran door was used as the bathroom door and didn’t close all the way.
