For a Wyndham property this was definitely not what I expected. It looked like they went to a thrift shop and bought random furnishings. No carpet and the floor tile was just laid anyway. The bathroom shower floor appeared to be painted with white paint and chipped and was flush to the bathroom floor. The towels didn’t even match and again were just random. They left soap and shampoo that were big enough for a child. One hand wash you wouldn’t have enough soap to wash your body. The beds and pillows were subpar. Definitely more thrift shop purchases. I know it was only a place to sleep but for the $80 and $100 deposit they take from you which I’m not sure was for since there were no amenities to speak of, definitely not worth it.

Phone in room was not working, so had to go to front desk for issues and items needed such as towel, etc. Asked to get it fixed but was never fixed during our stay.
Had water dripping from ceiling in bathroom and outside sink. Asked the front desk to fix it. after several hours they offered another room which we did not like. They finally had someone come and wiped the ceilings. That seems to temporarily fix it.

Stayed here after evacuating for hurricane Milton. Got a discounted price from Hotels.com. For the price I paid, it was just okay. Saw two small cockroaches and the bare floor was slightly dirty as if it hadn't been mopped recently. The bed was a tiny bit lumpy but sheets very clean. Had a small fridge, coffee setup, hair dryer and ironing board. No chairs at all, only the beds. Has a small elevator that is all metal inside, like a freight elevator. Staff was very friendly. Definitely not the Ritz-Carlton, but it served it’s purpose.

Did not like that it was not no microwave in the room, The first room they gave us was never cleaned so we had to get another room. The bathroom door was very squeaky. The water not hot. For a one night stay it was OK but if I had to stay there longer, I would not have made it. The ice machine on the second floor was not working need to be replaced. I would have to change motel because I would not stay there more than one night, I guess for the price you get what you’re paying for.

Out AC was out the first 2 night but they replaced it with a brand new one the last night. The beds are CRAZY comfy.

It was not pleasant as the rooms were stinking and the bedsheets pillow everything was smelling and we had to get new set of bedsheets because we could not sleep due to smell

The floor looked and felt dirty, there was black mold spots on the ceiling, you can hear everything happening outside. Had a couple of women knocking at my door at late hours threatening me if I didn’t let them in, I had to call the front desk to have them removed. I was very close to calling the police. I am never staying here again, I don’t care how cheap it was

Room interior was in better shape than the outside.
Room was recently remodeled, but the bathroom had mold in the shower.
We only stayed one night, got in late and left early.
The beds were clean and comfortable, room was a nice size. The hotel was quiet and we had no issues with noise even though it’s right off a busy street.

The lady couldn’t find my second room under my reservation, so as very rude about it. Then we get to the rooms and they were dirty and the showers were dirty and cracked. I have pictures. This was the worst experience, I had to book another room somewhere else for me and my daughter.

Worst stay I’ve ever had in Orlando hands down. Bad customer service,no hot water in room and no AC and fridge was broken,not to mention being kept up at all times of night by other patrons and woken up early in the morning by garbage trucks. Do yourself a favor if you’re reading this. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! You’ve been warned

I checked in around 2:45 pm and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly, polite, and informative. The room is clean and looks as advertised. I would stay here again.

The bedding was dirty. The shower gloor was cracked and dirty plaster everywhere. It wouldnt drain. There was a hole in the door. The staff was rude. Except the night clerk was friendly.

They are undergoing some construction but the overall condition of the property is poorly maintained and the rooms were medium to low cleanliness. We will never come back to this property I will think about it when booking some other from Travelodge and/or Wyndham.
