Great location. I stay in this neighborhood before years ago and Hannah did a great job at making the flat feel at home.

It is as it states. Owners stuff is in the unit, however, there is room for your needs and the location is a 5 minute walk to the Tube for transportation, 30 minute walk to waterfront. Amazing stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

We booked this at the last minute due to a flight change. Hannah was very accommodating and the communication with her was great. The wifi was excellent but I would have appreciated a television, but we had plenty to do without the tv.

Thank you so much Hannah-Beth for such a lovely stay. We really felt at home here! We loved our morning stroll from the flat to the river bank in Westminster and couldn’t believe how central we were. We also borrowed your Roasting Tin cook book and liked it so much we’ve ordered a copy for ourselves. The flat was clean, comfy and had absolutely everything we needed. Thank you for being so quick to answer all our questions too. We’ll miss having our morning coffee sat outside but I’m sure we’ll be back for a weekend away next year!

Hannah-Beth's place and Kennington was perfect! Close walk to the Tube (subway) to get around, clean, reasonable cost, and very well decorated.

I have stayed in rentals on two continents and this property is NOT what was advertised. This is someone's home and she rents it out while she travels. The pictures show a neat and tidy place, but there is junk stashed everywhere-- massive recycling cardboard under the table, personal items shoved and spilling out under the bed, behind the couch, etc. Massive amounts of booze on every dusty shelf, and a blackboard with prices for everything! The "patio" is a narrow walkway between the units, and is cluttered with junk. She advertised a washer and dryer, then when you arrive, instructions say not to use the dryer. (And no instructions on how to use the washer/dryer for washing only.) You'll find the hairdryer in a shoebox behind the guitar, in the bedroom, not under the sink with her old hair brush, and half used Listerine bottle. When making the bed, I peeked at the mattress-- stained and disgusting. Towel dryer doesn't work. These 'non working' items were listed in a previous review, but not fixed. You are left instructions on what to do with the trash, and to water the house plants. Sorry, I rented a place-- I'm not your house sitter! Usually, a host leaves a small amount of food--yogurt, muffins, etc. to tide a guest over until they can go shopping. Not so here. A previous review was not complimentary of this place and the owner slammed them for the negative review. Hopefully, she can address these deficiencies as a grown-up and not slam me,

With a luxury shower, very high quality bed and well equipped kitchenette, we were wonderfully comfortable at Hannah-Beth’s. What a difference from staying in a corporate flat let. You can sit out on the landing outside, as well in very nice chairs. A few steps away are a choice of pubs, the square and Kennington Park. Plenty of buses in to the centre. I loved this place and will happily stay there in future!

I loved the flat! Was traveling alone and my first time in London — the place felt so cozy and just like “home”. Host was very accommodating and communicative. Great location close to public transit to get easily around all of London, but also the neighborhood itself was quite charming! Would definitely stay again!

Love the neighborhood and especially the neighborhood pub! Nice little one-bedroom apartment. We love being away from the tourist attraction and in a true London neighborhood. Not for everyone but great for us!

Comfortable and quiet space, great restaurant's close by, easy access to bus and tube and close to sights. Would stay in this area again

We used Hannah-Beth’s flat during our six night stay in London. The location was incredible. Although the bus and tube were just a short walk away, most of the time we were able to walk. We went down Black Prince street to the Thames and walked along the river to our destinations. This is the first time we have stayed in someone’s personal home, which definitely had a different feel than staying in a vacation property. We ate two meals per day at the flat and found the kitchen very adequate to prepare those meals. The bed was very comfortable for us. All in all, we were pleased with Hannah-Beth’s home.

This is a wonderful flat that allows you to slip into everyday London life. The Kennington Tube Station is an easy walk as are a range of groceries. The apartment if very cozy and comfortable -- nothing fancy but everything you need. It is a lived in home and not a commercial holiday let so it doesn't have that generic hotel suite feel. I loved it and would happily rent it again.

Flat has everything you need, and is cleverly planned to hold everything in a very tidy way. HB is very responsive and pleasant to work with. Would recommend to anyone wanting a space in London to go work, visit and explore. Nicely walkable to Kennington and Vauxhall stations, plenty of good food to eat locally, and there's a charming city farm a slight walk away.

A lovely place, perfect for two. Located in Kennington, an interesting and vibrant neighborhood, the flat is convenient to public transit, services, and several welcoming local pubs. Clean, fully equipped kitchen, warm and cozy. Lacking a TV, there were plenty of good books to choose from after returning from a day of touring. We enjoyed our stay immensely and recommend checking it out when looking for a place to stay in London.

Spent a week during our holiday here and loved the location. Were able yo walk or take the tub into central London easily. Hannah provided great communication and did her best to make it a great experience.

When we booked the main 3 points we wanted was heating, washing machine and dryer. We were notified the evening before check in the washing machine was broken, we were not told that the dryer wasn’t working either. Owner said there was a laundromat close by and would pay for it. No money or instructions where it was. The heating was on low when we arrived and never worked and the heated towel rail didn’t work so our towels didn’t try. I couldn’t be bothered contacting the owner as we were over it.

We loved staying at Hannah-Beth’s lovely Kennington flat! The flat was well-equipped and charming. The location was excellent - it was easy to get to the city centre and the neighbourhood itself had good local restaurants and cafés. Thanks for having us, Hannah-Beth!

This flat is amazing from every single point of view. The host has been very nice and reactive from the beginning and has always been available to answer any of my questions or doubts. Check in procedure is super smooth thanks to the key box. Flat super clean and with all the amenities you need. It really felt from the beginning like a home away from home. It is also very conveniently located. Supermarkets nearby and tube and bus stations within a few minutes walking. I could not recommend this accommodation enough.

The property was in a great location and Hannah-Beth had excellent and warm communication even considering she was away. Would definitely stay here again!

My friend and I had a great time staying in this apartment. We pretty much used all the facilities except the washing machine and everything was comfortable and well appointed. If I had any complaint it was we couldn't find a corkscrew but aside from that the flat was perfect for the two of us and very close to amenities for a long weekend being touristy. Many thanks for having us!

We loved this sweet little flat. Everything was perfect. Hannah-Beth is a joy, easy to communicate with. Bonus points for being close to the Northern Line Subway which was perfect for us: a direct line to everything we wanted to do in London.

Our 4 day visit here was perfect. Quiet, comfortable and central to all the major London sites. The Kennington station is a short walk through the neighborhood. The local restaurants were really good too.

Perfectly located for my needs (working at the Oval cricket ground). Very clean, surprisingly quiet and central (Kennington tube is only 4 stops from Leicester Square. Amazing array of cafes, restaurants and pubs within 5 Mins walk. Heartily recommend!

Very homey property. Loved the location and proximity to the underground. Only stayed 2 nights as we moved on to friends. The only thing we missed is a tv because we wanted to see the local news due to the Queens passing. However we managed to get BBC on our iPad ultimately.

We stayed in Hannah-Beth’s apartment for 3 nights. It was perfect - amazing location! We took the Santander bikes (station right in front of the place) to get around London. Also many pubs in walking distance. The apartment itself has EVERYTHING you could ask for. We will definitely come back for our next London trip (hope it’ll be available!!).
