We picked this location for the value and proximity to Camping World Stadium and we were BLOWN AWAY by Wayne the owner! He took care of our needs by letting us check in after midnight and giving us a late checkout

I like how big the rooms are.

It didn't have cable and didn't have Wi-Fi and the pool is not available for usage.

The host was pleasant and talkative. The room was old, but clean. Beyond that there was not much in there to talk about.

There was no coffee maker, no option for breakfast and no access to a microwave. There were more 'Sorry No This' and 'Sorry No That' notices pasted on the office door than there was space on it. The entire door was practically covered with such notices. There is swimming pool that has not been touched for at least a few years (it was closed, not operational). The Inn is true to its name 'budget', except for the tariff. $130 / night is way too much for what it offered. 60-70 would be a much more acceptable fare.

The toilet wasn't cleaned on the outside towards the base looks like dried blood from a women's period also 4 of the lamps in the room had no light bulbs

Looks like it’s been recently upgraded, quiet place, very nice.

They have bugs in the room that bite.

good value for the money. within 2 miles of the Camping World Stadium.

The Staff were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to help us.
