The location is always exquisite, the ability to come to and fro whenever you wished was also a bonus. No worry of being out late and not able to come back in.

One very glaring concern was the lack of food safety practices, though menus stated Allergen, Tolerance and preference guidelines, i was failed when given a breakfast plate of baked beans which wasn't requested and when replated part of my previous plate was scraped onto my new plate that had made contact with Bean sauce resulting in me refusing to eat, though this issue was resolved thanks to the on duty Manager, it's still a very glaring Food safety concern, though I myself am not allergic or intolerant this nonchalance has me concerned for those who may have such an allergen or intolerance.

Location really good, staff amazing.Breakfast was ok only gripe is it that difficult to do a runny egg.

Hotel is looking tired, could do with updating. Stress not dirty in fact very clean but looking its age. Wi-Fi code non existent other than in front lobby.

The location is great we had a fantastic sea view. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a bit dated but that adds to its charm. The breakfast was very nice.

We left the windows open at night and there was some traffic noise and seagulls screeching but that’s the price you pay for being by the sea.

Whilst the hotel is slightly tired and would benefit a refurbishment/decoration it was spotlessly clean and a very enjoyable stay. The location of the venue was second to none and there is adequate free parking on site. We would certainly go back if we were in the area in the future.

The quality of the breakfast wasn't great, but of an adequate start to the day, and catering for so many at once always has its difficulties.

Needed somewhere just for the one night to attend the West of England Brass band championships in Torquay. Didn't want to spend too much as was only one night and was only there to sleep. The cheapest around and amazing place for the price.

The only downside of my room was not enough plug sockets. Could have done with plug socket by bed so I could charge my phone by me as needed it by me for my alarm in the morning. Apart from that cannot fault it.

The location is fab. The staff always go above and beyond. It's comfy, clean and friendly. We had a patio room which was spacious and had everything we needed.

Very noisy being directly under the dining room but wasn't anything major!

The staff were the friendliest and most helpful we have ever experienced.

Noise from the entertainment below made our floor vibrate.
