Location , staff and cleanliness
Bath water Luke warm no plug in bath waited 30 mins for plug

The room was clean and tidy and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. The location was perfect for us coming from Durham to an event in Hampden Park Stadium.
The room was a little bit noisy as we were on the ground floor and there was a wedding going on. There was only 2 cups provided despite 3 adults staying in the room.

The beds were very comfortable, the continental breakfast was self service, cooked breakfast was ordered.
The evening meal was very tasty and beautifully cooked.
The staff were friendly and helpful
There was a problem with the boiler, which meant there was no hot water to take a shower.

the venue was clean, tidy and welcoming. The staff were friendly, the rooms were easy to locate and the food was out of this world. iv been to a few hotels and the food is run of the mill but you could tell this was all freshly cooked stuff.
there was an event on at the hotel that night and we didn’t know about it. it would have been good once we had booked to get an email or phone call with the events (if any) happening that night(s).

Meals were delicious and filling
Friendliness of the staff
The sink in the bathroom was not great at drainage.
The shower was leaking like drip drip from the shower head.

it’s a beautiful functions venue, the finger buffet was good. Rooms are lovely, clean and spacious
Hated that our room was next to a function room and they kept going till really late and we could here everything. Quite disappointed that a hotel of that caliber didn’t have a system to ensure function rooms near bedrooms don’t go on till as late as 2am. The bedroom upstairs where we stayed definitely has thin walls as we heard every bit in the next rooms. So the night and our sleep was rubbish.
