Definitely loved the property it was central to all of my in town events. I was able to remote work as there were several areas to set up and focus both downstairs and upstairs. Look forward to coming back to this location the host made it easy to self check in and check out worked out for late flight departure.

Uncomfortable Stay, Unmet Expectations, and Unwelcome Pests

The entire stay was awful!

Our recent stay at this property in Atlanta was, unfortunately, far from the pleasant experience we had anticipated. The house, which appeared lovely in online pictures, quickly revealed a series of disappointments upon our arrival. Our first issue was the temperature imbalance. The upper floor was uncomfortably hot while the lower level remained cooler. We relayed this issue to the property owner, who informed us that the air conditioning was malfunctioning but a technician would arrive the next day to fix it. This was particularly concerning as some members of our group have medical conditions that make it difficult to tolerate heat. The owner suggested we contact the booking agency for a refund or relocation. Regrettably, the booking agency was unaccommodating and required an additional deposit before relocating us. The air conditioning situation worsened after the technician's visit, with the house temperatures rising even higher, further exacerbating our discomfort. In addition to the heating problem, we were dismayed by the poor cleanliness standards. The stove was visibly dirty, as shown in the attached pictures, and the washing machine appeared as if it had never been cleaned. Most alarmingly, we found roaches on the kitchen countertop and inside the refrigerator. This unwelcome discovery was not only repulsive but also raised serious concerns about the hygiene standards maintained at this property. In summary, our stay was ruined by a non-functioning air conditioning system, an uncooperative booking agency, subpar cleanliness standards, and a disturbing pest infestation. We strongly urge potential future guests to consider these issues before choosing this property. We hope the owner and the booking agency take our feedback seriously and make necessary improvements for future guests. Everyone deserves a comfortable, clean, and pest-free accommodation, especially when they're away from home to celebrate special occasions.

immediately felt satisfied when I walked in. Clean neat plenty of space and privacy when desired. neighborhood was pleasant as well. Host was responsive and timely and very professional process.
