a wonderful stay at the hiker’s den - wonderfully clean and things supplied that I wouldn’t have expected with self catered accommodation which was a really nice touch (toilet roll, washing up liquid, cooking oil).
a perfect place for me and my family to stay! lovely large living space and so nice and quiet
nothing

Tranquility of the site easy access to towns and villages.
There is little or no taxi services in Cockermouth and surrounding areas.
Required a taxi service to attend dialysis sessions bur none were availlable throughout my sray.

The facilities were great in the rental, no complaints with this. Far enough off the road to be quiet but not too far from amenities. No noise complaints, excellent internet connection (kids couldn't live without it!)
Full fridge/freezer made meals so easy. 2 toilets are a great bonus!
We would pick a site with something on site next time as the kids has no one else to play/interact with due to there being none on site and no pub/bar/restaurants close by. Small room with single beds would suit children not pre teens that require room to move and don't like being so close to each other 😆

So quiet and relaxing. Close to Cockermouth and access to good road network. Everything you need without having take the essentials.
Could be bigger bath towels.

Lovely quiet area very comfortable and definitely would recommend and return it's great to get to most areas if you need some groceries it's a short drive to the local garage ... Head towards cockermouth roundabout 2nd exit or if you wanted a supermarket head into cockermouth
There was no on site shop and the main road was very busy but that's the only thing that I can fault

The caravan was so cosy, the bed and pillows were so
Comfy, lovely, quiet holiday park in an amazing location. We loved our stay this weekend, Karen couldn’t have been anymore helpful, we’re already looking at when we can return. Cockermouth and maryport are lovely places to visit and a short distance from the caravan
Nothing-everything was exceptional.

The place was spotless and the hosts communicated with us throughout, even when I messaged them about the heating they replied straight away.

The holiday park itself is beautifully kept. The location was quiet, but a two minute drive from the local shops and pubs. Big walks for the dogs were just 30 minutes away - it was an ideal location.
The caravan itself was spotless and extremely comfortable. It felt homely and familiar instantly. There was much more space than I imagined, and having two bathrooms was a major plus.
No dislikes whatsoever from our accomodation point of view. We wish it had rained less, but that's British weather! Not even the weather would put us off from staying at Brigham Holiday Park again.

No shop within walking distance, but that was not a problem for us at all.

Lack of entertainment on NYE but this is the usual accommodation we go for as it’s quiet
