Die Lage war top, sehr zentral. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war schön groß, extrem sauber und das Bett mega bequem 👍🏽 das Bad war groß und komfortabel. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl und geschmacklich super.

The hospitality from all the staff in this place is amazing! We had a super experience all the way from airport and in Solare, especially big shoutout to all the wonderful tips and help from Zoey. Would definitely recommend going there if you’re planning Hanoi - the location is also super central with a lot of trips opportunities arranged from the hotel.

She’s the one who goes above and beyond, giving you all the insider tips—whether it’s the best spots to eat pho, shortcuts to avoid traffic, or where to catch the sunset. Lily remembers what you like and is always ready with personalized suggestions to make your trip unforgettable. With Harley and Dave handling the reception smoothly and Zoey assisting with any special requests, the team feels perfectly in sync. The door staff, always cheerful, welcome you back with a genuine smile, while Emma at the restaurant and the attentive cleaners round out this incredible experience. It’s like the whole team is dedicated to making you feel at home!

Very friendly staff. Zoey, Kathy and Harley from staff are like the Superwomen..! They will explain everything very nicely. Indian and Vietnamese restaurants (if you want to try local food) are very nearby…150-200 m from Hotel (walkable) Train street is just 1km. You can take a Grab taxi or walk alongside market. This property is new and at the centre of Old Quarter and easy access to taxi and local transport. 45-50mins from airport. Highly recommended for Indian travellers

The location was amazing, the staff was brilliant. The staff was always so friendly to us and always treated us with a big smile. Linh, was especially amazing! She engages in conversation, makes great tourist suggestions and goes above and beyond to make sure guests are happy!

The hotel was fantastic! Great location, close to restaurants and nightlife and all other locations! Super friendly and helpful staff! Very clean and comfortable! We sincerely enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!!

Nothing to dislike

Great Staff, really welcoming. Kathy reccomended us some places to visit in Ning Binh which was great to know as she was born there. There is loads of great breakfast options with nice meats and a la crate breakfast menu

Everything was really good- I could only suggest wider selection of foods for vegans
