Quiet neighborhood, comfortable apartment, 10 miles from downtown Nashville
L'appartement se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison. Nous vivons à l'étage si vous avez besoin de quelque chose; mais vous aurez une vie privée complète pendant votre séjour. Il y a un lit queen dans la chambre. Le salon a un canapé-lit pleine grandeur. Deux lits sont également disponibles. L'appartement se trouve dans un quartier sûr et amical. Nous avons beaucoup de place de parking. Profitez de la Wi-Fi, de nombreuses chaînes par câble et d'une Wii pour les enfants. Les enfants et les animaux non agressifs sont les bienvenus.
Patterson Knob se trouve dans le sud de Nashville. Une voiture de location est recommandée. C'est un lecteur facile pour les points chauds du centre-ville et locaux. This stay was exactly as described. Owners were very accomodating, to meet our needs and needs of pet. Made everything super easy. No "To do list" before checking out which was much appreciated. Perfect for our short trip to Nashville with our dog.

This is the perfect place if you’re looking for someplace quiet yet close to everything. It has everything you need, but at the same time is perfectly simple. I loved this place. The only thing that I did not like was the Sofa bed, it was very uncomfortable, I could feel all the metals in my back and I was not able to sleep very well. Other than that , the place is very good for a family.

The place is good for 2-3 adults max. Just know that the only bathroom is in the only bedroom, so be aware of that if you have an extra guest. Also, no access to the backyard, but that was ok for our group.

I would definitely stay here again if I were in the Nashville area! The apartment was cute and tidy! The hosts allow you complete privacy to come and go as you please, but are quick to answer any questions/concerns that you may have! It’s a convenient distance from downtown Nashville, so you can spend all day in the city but come back to a quiet neighborhood for the night! I would definitely recommend this spot to future short term renters!

Friendly hosts, clean apartment, simple check in/out. The apartment has EVERYTHING you may need which was a nice change from other rentals. Our kids and dogs were right at home. Not far from the city, but away from the craziness of downtown. You can hear the airplanes taking off, but we got used to it pretty quickly and didn’t even notice after the first day.

Good Deal for the Price
Easy check in, friendly owner, answers quickly to texts. The apartment was clean. No frills, but It had all that you needed. It wasn’t too far from Nashville either.

Great space
The space is nice & has a homey feel. The neighborhood was really nice. My favorite amenity was the extra towels, my wife’s was the comfort of the bed, my teenage daughter’s was the Wii.
Scott & Elaine were perfect hosts. Easy communication & exceptionally nice. The space is pet friendly, so if you’re going to be a weirdo about hearing a dog bark twice at 7 o’clock in the evening, then stay somewhere else.

Great Location for Families
We loved staying in this apartment. It is a great location for those travelers planning to visit both Franklin and Nashville, TN. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores and some great restaurants. Elaine and Scott were easily accessible during our stay if we had any questions. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed though we did not cook. Everything worked well and we would definitely stay here again if we travel to Nashville again.

Great little getaway
Had a wonderful time staying here! The host were extremely accommodating and helpful. They have thought of little details that many people overlook. Everything from little side day trips, to writing out details about the house. The only set back I have to the stay is that we had to leave! I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Nashville family trip
Elaine and Scott are so sweet. They are ready to help with whatever you need. The stay was fantastic and just what we were looking for. Close enough to our list of activities, but far enough from the downtown noise. We enjoyed walking our 2 dogs around the neighborhood daily- that hill is quite a workout, but the view at the top is worth it. The apartment is clean and has everything you need! The check in and out process was simple! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality!!

Awesome stay!
We arrived a little early but the apartment was already ready so we were able to go ahead and check in. The apartment was clean, it had everything we needed, my teens loved all the books and games. We even had a family wii night when the weather was bad one night! The location was perfect, everything we had planned was only a short drive. The apartment is not too far from downtown but far enough that it's quiet and peaceful at night. We will definitely check with you guys first when we come back to Nashville. Thanks for a great trip!!

Quiet and Dog Friendly
We were in town to see some friends and needed a pet friendly place to stay that wasn’t crazy expensive. We have a 60lbs dog and it’s always hard to find places that let larger dogs stay. We will definitely use this place in future!
