They did not give the booked room, must be. Toilet water leak / no proper flow of water drain.

Breakfast was good

The room was neat and clean. Nothing to find flaw in their hospitality and service.

The parking; there's no dedicated parking. The listing shows that it has parking , but it does not have any parking available for cars. You will be guided to park in the adjacent streets, in my opinion the neighborhood isn't that safe to. I had kind of sleepless night when i parked my car 😅

Hotel is in a central location in the city . It’s very close to all the nice restaurants and shopping spots . Ideal for people attending courses/ workshops in the nearby ramaiah college/hospital Also staff are friendly and welcoming .

1- I stayed for 3 days . Didn’t have hot water for 2 days . 2- only 1 bar of soap provided for the sink area , no soap for the shower 3- room charge included breakfast however non was provided . Upon request I was informed that I have to call in advance to request it … seems silly as I had already included it in the room rate 4- Internet is provided via vouchers which have to be entered individually for every device and are only valid for 24 hours .

Only the location was good.

Rooms are not maintained to the level of expectation and amount charged. Break fast was not at all good and there was no choice. Limitations on utilizing of toiletries even breakfast was served with limitation. It was like staying in a college hostel
