The location is perfect, and the facility is spotless. I like the cleanliness, that's always very important to me! The staff is also very friendly and professional.

Location. It was very close to my event.

Extremely uncomfortable beds, I was up at 3 am then at 4am and then couldn’t sleep After waking up at 5. The front desk staff were not welcoming, except one person working at the breakfast area. Ice machine was on every odd floor, my room was on an evening very inconvenient. There was a hair strand that did not look like hair from head on the conditioner, very gross. The room rate was very high for a such uncomfortable beds and awful view, and mot spot on clean. Very dissatisfied.

Friendly staff, good room, good gym and excelent breakfast.

The location and cleanliness

I was put into a room that was next to the gym and all i heard was the weights dropping up until about 10 p.m. I later found out the baseball players were there working out. I was annoying

Great location. Off 1-95 and near shops; very well maintained. Super clean! Staff helful, polite and were super!

That the parking garage is in another building. So it is very uncomfortable as you can't drive and offload near reception. You leave car in side street. Register. get a trolley. Go down wheelchair ramp. offload luggage. leave in lobby. go park. retreive trolley and go to room. Exhausted especially after long trip. And we were charged for the parking. Do not recommended for people with mobility issues.I forgot, almost no lighting in room. Small mini lamps so if you need to work bring a latern😁

Close to what we needed.

Property seemed a little run down. Seemed set up more for player comfort than guest comfort. Drinks at bar were expensive for what they were. Give of parking garage is UGLY.

I would stay in certain rooms -- the ones on the corner of the building that have 3-panel windows and provide a lovely view. The location is great.

There's no recessed lighting or lighting at all in the center of the rooms. There's no fan-system accompanying a ventilation system. so I think there should be a either a very small window or a fan in the bathroom.

Zimmer sehr groß, modernes Bad, komfortables Bett, gut ausgestattet. Lage direkt am Outelt Center, aber etwas ausserhalb der Innenstadt und zum Strand. Günstiges Parken.

The room was spotless, and the rest of the hotel was kept similarly. The staff was great. The fitness center had actual dumbbells and rings.

The water flow in the bathroom, was, as appears to have become typical in the US, abysmal. It's hard to shower yourself off with just a trickle. The hand-held showerhead was unusable because of this.
