The comfort and the fact that it had balconies

Very clean and well kept

No balcony chairs for rooms facing parking lot, no microwave in room and even though I had the do not disturb sign on my door every morning the cleaning lady knocks once and opens the door

The room was expertly clean. The courtyard was an excellent place to relax. The common areas were nice and the location was within good proximitaty of where my business was. The check in process was very easy. The on-site starbucks coffee options were a nice touch.

The breakfast situation was odd. It was listed as breakfast included but it clearly was not. Or if it was the staff didn't clarify (example, had I paid for an upgrade and breakfast was free to me, what should I do?). That was a bummer because I only book places when traveling for work that offer breakfast with the room. So I'm not sure what happened there but clarity from the staff would have been nice (and the booking CS team).

Reserve y pague una habitacion king y cuando llegue me dieron una queen. La persona del lobby no fue muy atenta y solo dijo que era culpa de booking vender esa habitación por que ya estaban llenos.
