Neglected room, no internet in the room only at the lobby, many malfunctions in the room, at electricity, water. The bathroom is owful.

Very old, nasty bathtubs, key issues, had to be moved 3 times in 2 days. The only elevator was out of service

Front desk staff was not very courteous, computer system was slow and not able to print receipt, elevators were not working.

Upon entering it was freshly cleaned.

Sink was broken, no water pressure. No Complimentary breakfast because staff did not show up to cook. The entrance was dirty & nasty. Stairs, railings & walls were dirty, nasty & needs to be painted. They did a horrible job keeping the place clean on the outside. Pressure washing the stairs walls and front of the place probably would of made a difference. Upon checkout staff didn't ask how was our stay or thank you for choosing LA quinta. Unprofessional. I will never stay here again.

The staff was great and the breakfast was good. For our purposes, the location was great.

The value for the cost was not up to par for this chain. The air conditioner in the room sounded like a jet engine all night long, the rooms were not up to the usual La Quinta standards for the amount charged. I know it was West Palm Beach, but for a couple hundred a night, I expected better.

Bedroom should be better cleaned.

Burnt the eggs need more selection

Electrical socket needs to be change it was loose and pillows old and too soft left e we it’s a stiff neck I didn’t get a senior did our or adjustment that’s bad

The room was not clean at all! My feet turned black when walking on the floor. There’s something wrong with the piping or something because the floor was always wet and the more you walked on it the wetter it got we had to put towels down to walk around. Dirty bedskirts, dirty end table. Bathtub was dirty. I will never stay here again!
