Charge for parking wasn’t properly explained at check-in.

My power went off in my room. They didn’t have another room to relocate. So the last night was not so good at all.

Staff not very friendly

The towel had hair in it and the bed linen had clumps of hair in it also

Laurie that worked the front desk was very helpful being that the system was down but still found my booking and sold me on upgrading my room for more money. Front desk staff greeting was the best part of my stay.

My linen was stained with makeup and I didn't use the main bed. My shower wouldn't get hot and I turned the knob the right way with handle on the red. Power went out so I couldn't use elevator to bring up bags or use the gym which I wanted to use. I called for more blankets for the sofa bed and didn't receive them in a timely manner. (1hour +).

It was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and informative.

Problems - The ice machine was beside the room and it made a lot of noise during the night. Also, we booked a room with 2 queen size beds and instead we got a room with a king size bed and couch.

Our room was clean and well put together for our arrival. Everything listed on booking was an exact match. Except for the breakfast which I am sure I paid for. Nevertheless, we chose to do "made-to-order" breakfast for $13.95. The continental breakfast is included in the price. The entire staff at this location was very helpful and friendly. I love the fact that you can check-in and out on the app. The location is amazing. You are 5 minutes away from the airport, dinning options, shopping, and the beach.

The fact that I thought I paid for my breakfast in advance through booking. And I did not like that booking advertised no prepayment and the property called me asking for money to pay for the room. Booking.com needs to do better!
