Der chlorhaltige Geruch im Zimmer. Vermutlich ein Reinigungsmittel. Dass es kein Toni Romas Restaurant dort gibt.

The outside pool area grounds is beautiful. They have a separate bar out there that you can order food and drinks and the surroundings are very neat. Excellent spot.

Nothing

Staff were rude and unfriendly. A security guard let himself into our room late one night, and the staff didn’t even apologise for this.

The shuttle picked us up at the car return and shuttled us to the hotel for the night and then to the airport in the morning. The grounds are gorgeous. We had dinner at Tony Roma's. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. They printed our boarding passes for us at the front desk and went above and beyond to make our stay convenient and pleasurable.

We had to leave.

Waitress in Tony Romas was wonderful. All of the hotel staff was attentive and pleasant.

The pool, bar and the lake

Rooms was very average. I have stayed in motels with better rooms. I have stayed within the Hilton chain all over the world and this hotel is by far the worst. I feel like I have been ripped off. 500 dollars for 2 nights stay and at 6pm I'm asking reception why my room has NOT been cleaned and it's done every third day. When im paying 250 per night this is unacceptable. I won't stay at another Hilton again. When house keeping finally came late they did not even empty my overflowing bins. This is disgraceful. They dumped my towels on the bed too and put a bag tied of extra coffee and creamers. They could not even be bothered to but the In the room nearly and just threw them on the bed. The facilities was good but the room was disgraceful for the price we paid I feel like I have been over charged and ripped off. Stay at the clarion motels they are a better chain.
