I couldn’t believe they changed extra for the breakfast, considering the room was already way overpriced. I left a brand new pair of shoes there. I called 4 times they kept saying they would look and call me back and never did. Someone that worked there obviously kept them

The servants were no problem. They didn't need to clean our rooms because we were. Lean on our own. Our items remained safe in the hotel with no fear of anyone stealing anything. They provided good service as to people but not amenities.

I didn't like that there were no kitchens or microwaves in any of the hotel rooms like suggested. There was a fridge behind a small cabinet that was broken. The hinges on the cabinet doors were completely loose. There wasn't a smart TV anywhere in the hotel. It was a regular TV with a remote that only turned on and off; the volume button worked, and the last thing was it only went up and down in channels, you could not press any numbers to jump or go to menu to see the Guide or anything for that matter. You had to pay for paking, when parking was told it was included. You have to pay for breakfast when we were told breakfast was included. We were also told breakfast is extremely high compared to outside restaurants.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. They helped me to change the room.

It could be cleaner and have better food and coffee.

There was a bed bug crawling in the bed when I entered the room. I went back to the desk and she moved me to a different room on a different floor. I did not feel comfortable, but it was late at night and I did not want to have to find another hotel. I did not sleep, and the room was dirty. Would not want to stay here again nor would recommend.

Warm cookies at check-in. Easy check out. Breakfast is fair for the price.

Room was not clean, we had to call cleaning service at our arrival. No sheets and no pillows for the sofa bed.

The second floor hallway smelled like smoke The bedlinnen were kinda weird Album the most annoying things is that Booking.com told me they will not provide me with an invoice, receipt and that I have to get one at the hotel. The not so friendly lady behind the counter of the hotel said I do have to get one from Booking. So now I am left with no invoice, receipt and I do need one asap since it was a work trip

Key didn’t work, had to walk back and forth over 7 times to get the key reprogrammed. Staff was not very friendly with the exception of the bar and breakfast staff they were very friendly!

The bar food was amazing! The staff was very helpful and friendly!

The lady at the front desk who checked me in was not hospitable to me or another guest who visited the desk. The bedding was stained with what looked like blood had housekeeping take it away

There was a cockroach living in our closet and I’m pretty sure we got bed bug bites.

The studio was spacious. Good internet, sometimes it lagged. Breakfast super tasty. Employees are very nice. Very Indy bed.

The sofa bed had bread/cookies crumbs when we unfolded it. It had a 4in old and thin mattress. They promised linens for the sofa, we never got them. My son ended up sleeping with me on my king bed (bed was super comfy). We asked for a new room during the following two days, they said they were fully booked. I then decided to accommodate and suck it up.

I loved the location, it was close to all the activities we had planned. staff was friendly and attentive.
