Location , Breakfast was excellent!!

small things were not working in the bathroom ex: cabinet was sliding out in room 607, not having good sqeeze dispenser for soap, had to report many times to get help bcz , bathrooms are maintained little poor with functional things ( it was clean but not sufficient maintenance for the price charged) room shades was not working in room 509

The foyer was open and big and the staff in the restaurant and on the entry door were all lovely.

When we checked in they did not have our booking. We stayed in a suite and requested twin beds but they could not do, so they brought up an xtra bed. Both beds too hard and 1 uncomfortable. First night I slept lounge, 2nd on floor with mattress. The furniture was all extremely dirty. We put towels down to sit on. The fridge was mouldy & warm. We had to get maintenance to open the mechanical blinds as they didn’t work, they needed to fix the tv, you couldn’t use the safe as the numbers didn’t show. We came back in the afternoon from our day out at 4pm and our room hadn’t been cleaned so we had to ask for house keeping. We asked several times to see the manager but he was nowhere. The only time the hotel addressed us was the morning of checkout to ask what time we were leaving.

Ongezellige ontbijtzaal , wat meer keuze in Europees ontbijt zou fijn zijn. Het zag er op de foto’s kuzwr en duurder uit. 5 sterren hotel zonder zwembad Spa was een klein kamertje Gym gemist of niet aanwezig?

Nice Location. Good food.

AC did not work well. Linen was dust ridden. Room smelled of cigarettes.

Courteous and understanding staff. Great breakfast.

Was allocated a room with a broken tv which the staff promptly replaced. The washroom had a major leak which was a massive inconvenience and went on 15 minutes. Wouldn’t expect this from a property like Vividus.

.security staff at entrance were very welcoming.Hotel location is very good.

House keeping and dinning services was very disappointing.

The distance to the City. With traffic, travelling to and from was far too long as it’s very busy area

rooms were good.. If your close down all the curtains, as the hotel room bed was very closer to next apartments kitchen.

Breakfast was average. They had continental & local, but i didn't liked it
