Hopeless hotel..... staff ask more money about 1200/- to checkin hotel.... also no water available, No drinking water facilities ...I liked nothing in this hotel..... spoiling image of your organization.... pls don't entertainment this fellow

Staff... hopeless No ethnic to talk with customer. Lift was not working... we had to carry luggage to 3rd Floor...ourself, No drinking water facilities. No hot water in bathroom. All tape of bathroom broken. Ac was not working... Total hopeless hotel.. Blacklist this hotel from your list.... Spoiling image of your organization

Staff was very helpful and friendly Rooms was regularly cleaned and washrooms were also very clean.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff was too kind and cooperative.The room was clean and beautiful. Bathroom was neat and clean. Staff was cooperative and ready to help us always.

Breakfast was excellent .Rooms was really perfect and Property was neat and clean. Room was large and clean with good AC. Stay was comfortable.

Nothing! Dirtiest room I have ever booked in my life. Literally rooms were stinking with cigarette smoke Toilets were yuk, no words to explain. We had to change our room again. They took 200 more than the online price, mentioning they are giving a better room, nonsense.

When asked for a freshener, they said they don't have Bedsheet and pillows were stinking Too hard bed. Not for a person who would want to take a nap. Also, they have baat attached, which is not shown in the photos. Increase, they have put a fake photo, kind of cheating customers. This is meant for people who can't go back to their house after drinking..
