至少是独立浴室,至少冷气能制冷,至少有瓦遮头能凑合睡一晚
1. 床品太旧太脏了,有很多洗不掉的污渍,睡一晚起来全身痒到难受
2. 冷气工作发出噪音很吵,遥控器还是坏的
3. 热水器不能恒温,要嘛不热要嘛热得冒烟烫手

5. 有椅子但是太脏了,没桌子只能在床上工作

Location was close to train station, and check in was prompt and fast, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, given that i have history of back pain.
The pillows are pretty old and worn out, although the bed sheets are generally clean.

The location was okay. Staff was helpful and the place was quite comfortable to sleep for a night or two.
FEEL LIKE I WAS BEING SCAMMED. For some reason, i had to check in at night. On my way to the hotel, i was called by the staff saying that there was an error with the system so the room that i booked had sold out. They offered me another room BUT i had to top up some more money. I had no choice since it was almost midnight and if i cancelled my booking I won't get any refund. So i just had to accept it. The room was okay but i don't think it's worth the money i paid. Read the review that many had go through the same experience. Very disappointed. Plus during the night it was so noisy with the sound of dogs barking.

The location is okay but at night time after 10pm a lil bit quite. But don't worry because the location is residential area and safe.
For the room that I get, maybe the hotel management can fix the curtain rod together with the curtain. The bedsheet can be checked first whether its got stain or not. But overall the service and receptionist is very helpful.

1. We entered the hotel to check in to our booked hotel and I was told that the room that we booked were too small for 2 person to stay in. Mind that we specifically booked for 2 person. We was told the floor is on 3rd floor and hard for us to walk. We already put on remark during the booking to request for lower floor however this was not entertained. Me and my wife is elderly. Since we were left with no option, we took the the larger room that was told to us and to perform payment of RM24.50 and we did perform the payment as we were left no choice. The staff did not even bothered to show us our original room. It is pretty much a hard sell to ask for more money from us.
2. Nightmare continues as the staff request us to pay additional RM10.81 as the original payment we made amounting MYR66.13 is not sufficient for them as they need to pay to Booking.com. Why we need to pay additional fee when all payment is already paid online to booking.com. This is clearly a robbery. We do not have to care the dealings between the hotel and booking.com and should not affect the customer. Leaving with no choice as we were tired and need to rest, we paid. Do note that prior to us check in, there were 2 family members performing same complain. Meaning this been happening very frequently.
3. Then we were asked to pay deposit of RM30 to check in. Where there is more cash payment involved when I already performed payment via my credit card. If there was any damages, booking.com can charge my card after my stay. Leaving no choice, we also paid this
4. Nightmare continues as the air conditioner does not work in the room. Complained to staff, they being rude there is nothing they can do with rude tone. They provided a table fan. With all the charges applied plus a robbery charges, we are not getting the room that we been promised with air conditioning that clearly in the booking confirmation amenities. Leaving no choice again, we just deal with it and slept. There was no refund made for

The room smelled musty and bed was old, the toilet is very dirty. Plus, the room door lock is not secure, we can open it outside after locking it from the inside, that is why leaving anything valuable in the room is not advised. The room picture and price was not the same as shown on this booking site as well, the staff charged an extra rm36.26 for the standard double room because of that when we arrived, totalling up to rm70. We did hear another pair of customers calling booking.com at their lobby because of this pricing problem too, please fix this. Anyways, we're definitely not coming back.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!
we arrived at the early hours of the morning (as I had messaged days in advanced to let them know) which they said was completely fine.
On arrival we were told there was no rooms available for the price we had already paid online, so would have to pay an additional price in order to have a triple room instead of a double. Due to the time it was in the morning we had no other choice than to pay this or we would have ended up homeless for the night!
we also did not receive a triple room, we received the room we had already paid for online!!!
honestly do not stay here, worst experience I have ever had while I’ve been travelling!! don’t try stay here to save money as you’ll end up paying more than you ever would for an awful hotel room with horrid staff.

I have made payment via online, suddenly the receptionist asking to pay additional payment and said problem with the system. He gives us the receipt with the amount in bookings.com not as per new amount. Additional payment RM30 for room & RM30 for deposit.
