The location and the environment maintained inside.there is enough space for daily walkers...staff is extremely polite and cooperative,with personal attention to every details n comfort. Location is ideal for those seeking medical advice next door.overall it is an excellent experience of hospitality here..

since space inside is closed space and centrally airconditioned,open cooking in dining space emanates some smell which is felt infront of rooms.a separate exhaust system can avoid this.

My stay at the hotel was not pleasant. I felt some staff were very rude. Even at check-in the staff behind the reception did not show any courtesy, did not even smile. The room discription says there is a kitchen. But it did not have anything except a sink. One staff said it's a dry kitchen. If it's a try kitchen they should have a microwave, toasters, plates etc.. the only reason why I booked this place was beacuse my son is a picky eater. Wanted to make him simple dishes not do heavy cooking. Later we found outside food is not allowed. Then what's the use of a kitchen? When they write kitchen it's misleading. One day my husband went down to pick an Amazon parcel and the guard asked if it's food. 🤯 I found this very rude. The sofa had bed bugs on it. This is disgusting . As my son had a surgery I asked them to bring a wheel chair when we were checking out. When we came out in light we saw it was full of dust. This is unacceptable. One the day of checkout I called the reception and asked if they can send someone to settle the bill. The person gave out a laugh mocking me. In some other hotels that I had stayed they do send a staff to room to settle the bill. It's done in many hotels in many countries and also in Bengaluru. If they don't do it here they can simply say it without mocking me. I do not recommend this place. Horrible experience.

Feeling negativity, nothing positive Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Kanjoos in everything. You feel like you are in a jail with lots of strict rules. They will fine you Rs5000/- if they find your room smells tobacco. And they say only two devices can connect with their given password but effectively only one will work. And no visitors are allowed in your room. (Male or female). And they won't be responsible if you lose anything from your room. You cant even keep your mobile charging while you go for your Breakfast. They don't trust their workers even on every floor you can use security guards with walkies. If you can check out safe and not miss anything, you are lucky.
