Super courteous staff and they assisted me with the checkin at very odd hour - 3 AM. The breakfast quality was good, with some scope of improvement. The restaurant staff were very courteous and helped me with my meals and were always eager for the feedback.. Big thanks to them. Every evening I would hang out with my partner around the swimming pool, which was very soothing and romantic. The location being odd, I was worried about the taxi for airport, which was promptly arranged by the staff at a reasonable price. Thank you very much Halcyon team.

I used to take the staircase to the ground floor as this seemed to be the easiest access for my room- I found the aisles and stairs unkept and dusty. The lift close to my room was not functional too..

We had dinner on arrival and breakfast next morning. Excellent.

First of all, the air conditioners need servicing. It's temperature control was faulty. In winter, we do not like to be frozen in the room. Secondly, there should be regular maintenance of the equipment in the room. Light switch of a table lamp was not there and the maintenance person removed the bulb to switch off the light at night!

I liked Breakfast, Easy payment methods and the Gym. Room service was good there

Lighting was too dull, some does not work, TV has very few local free channels only, washing and cutlery has to be paid separately, no refill for amenities, no hangers, AC remotes has to be shared

We love the food, breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking and checkout was very smooth.

This property was very old. Need renovation. Kitchen and toilet most of the things was broken. Kitchen cabinets were damaged. Stove was there but no gas cylinder. No plates or cutlery so the kitchen was useless.

Staff asking unnecessary questions to guests. Especially woman. Questions like, what time you are leaving? I have seen you before?. It was kind of creepy and uncomfortable to female guests. Please look into this.
