the room was spacious, there are 2 beds separated by door and the beds are comfortable. the cleanliness was superb. Water heater well function, toiletries are completely provided.
Not much choice for tv channel, no cartoon channel for kids since the room is for family.

A very spacious room with sofa and tv that can turn 180 degree. big toilet too. comfy & meet a happy go lucky staff at the counter. there were facilities downstairs that we can use.
On our second night, there was no water due to someone shutting off the main pipe. everything is perfect. hope can provide a coway on every floor level.

The rooms were very clean. The hotel is located closer to all the iconic places in Ipoh. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We forgot one of our bags in the hotel on the day we checked out. When we were at the railway station the hotel called us and informed us. And they were even willing to ship by themselves, to where ever were going.But we decided to go back and get it. The lady kept our bag safe secured. They were very good people. I will definitely stay there again if I visit IPOH.

u can literally hear ur surroundings, ie your neighbor, the traffics nearby, the restaurant below, everything. i hate how the sound is not filtered during my sleep time.

From the beginning we were welcomed very warmly by reception. The person in charge was super helpful and friendly, and made the check-in process very smooth. There was a lift which is great when travelling with children as there are many things to bring up. The room was super spacious, a rare luxury, especially great for families. The bed was big and comfortable, with ample pillows and soft sheets. A nice partition separated the bed from the desk/cupboard area, which is nice to get ready and not disturb anyone sleeping. The bathroom is very clean with all the toiletries you need. Definitely worth staying at again.
It's not a big issue, but since it's a predominantly Chinese area, halal food options are few. But the receptionist was very helpful to point out halal places to eat nearby, even giving recommendations. But since it's Ipoh, you just need to drive around to find other options. There are also marts like Family Mart to get some quick meals for snacks etc.
One more small complaint was that the bed frame/leg seemed to be a bit broken, but not dangerous in any way. Just that it didn't look great.

It's location is very conveniently located to the place I need to go for work during the 2 day-stay.
The room has no window! The water pressure was low at both the sink and shower.

very friendly and attentive staff, prime location easy access to town.

The Chinese staff manning the front desk during the day is very helpful and friendly. Location wise it's 10-20 minutes drive to everyone. Very near to a main road but it wasn't noisy at all.
The night staffs well they should learn from the day staff.
