Value for money

Rooms were not very clean. Stains on bedsheets and pillow case. Ants in the room. Toilet was clean.

location close to city. easy parking. room have nice design and good lighting for me to do some reading, bed was comfy, there was a chair also. grab food easily accessible. I asked for daily housekeeping which they did.

iron not provided in room, the room size a little bit small, there was stain on comforter which i asked them to change.

The view, I guess...right straight to PETRONAS station...on second thought, the view I had was better that facing the parking space😂

Location is convenient and close to famous restaurant. Other facilities meet minimum requirements as per price.

Room got cockroach.

Spacious, thoughtful design, well lighted, easy to perform solat, good water pressure, good ventilation in toilet, comfortable pillows n bed, clean linen. Eco friendly shower n shampoo dispenser, rain shower, all look good n work well. Aircond & TV work well too.

1. Upon arrival, the room smells of mold and very dusty and when we ask, said the cleaner have left (we came in around 9.30 pm), I thought since we came in late, it will give them time to make sure of cleanliness. So I had to spray Dettol all over and wipe down the room from the head board, table, drawers and cupboard, and the floor as well, before we can feel a little easier to breathe. Even the air conditioning was dusty. Terrible. 2. When ask about local food and fare, the receptionist usually answer is "I don't know". I mean does it hurt to train your staff about local attractions and restaurants, so that when tourists like us come we can get some local guidance?

1. Room has no windows 2. First night no complementary water provided. Need to remind the front desk. 3. House keeping did not come by to do house keeping on the 1st morning and 3rd morning. 4. 2nd morning bed not made up during house keeping. 5. Shower gel and shampoo ran out and did not refill

New hotel.

Noise in the ceiling kept me up all night

Had booked a deluxe king room, but I upgraded to a premium king room that comes with a balcony by calling the hotel instead. Staff at the front desk are helpful. Room is spacious and clean. Water pressure in the shower is just ok, not as good as i would like it to be. Work desk area is a little small. Mattress is very firm. Parking is free and a petrol station is just beside the hotel, which is convenient.

I suppose it is not the fault of the hotel. Booking.Com indicated that the deluxe king room comes with a balcony in its description, and in my room confirmation email. But the hotel told me it doesn't, after i made a call to check a few days before i check in. Booking.Com did not reply at all to my questions about the wrong description on its booking page, and on my booking confirmation. Frustrating.

Clean, bright and the lighting is done so thoughtfully with consideration of dim light for a good night sleep.

toilet is very beautifully furnished, however the water pressure is not high enough.

everything was perfect. will be my favourite hotel ever
