The room is clean.

I booked the hotel for 3 days 2 nights. The second day morning, I already told the reception counter not to clean our room. After we went back, our bed sheets has been change. My kid's fluffy toys and pillow was on the dusty table. (before we leave the room, we put it on the bed) Furthermore, my panties and our pyjamas was also folded by the workers and place on the table as well. I feel disgusting and angry with it. They shouldn't touch our personal belongings.

- too small the single room, not worth the money. - the bed not comfortable - the towel is a bit smelly

staff not really friendly + the room air not clean also can hear next door sound when showers or even when they talking. 😂

An upgrade to a bigger room when the toilet could not flush in the original room booked.

The toilet could not flush and the bidet was not working but they arranged for a substitute room so that was good.

I was having room at ground floor and i didn't expect the room to be sound proof at this price, but then could hear ppl talking and phone ringing loudly at the reception.

It is clean and neat. love the area, near to restaurants and Aeon. plenty of public parking lots. The shower! bathroom is clean.

no lift as it is only 2 floors there, thus do not suggest to folks who can’t climb up stairs. the corridor is a bit stink.

Room was clean. Management attended to my request promptly and feedback via WhatsApp almost immediate.
