I thought there were cooking gas, may be I forgot to ask. Anyways, I just ordered swiggy or got from nearby stores.

Location and the parking available. Cheap comparatively
Apartment is not that clean compared to the photos from the booking website. Bathroom flushes were broken. Water pressure is too low. Even though the booking dot com says that prepayment is not required, the apartment owner keep calling you to pay the advance. It's better change in the website pay upfront. Contact was reachable and polite

No complentary breakfast though the portal said so, only coffee sachets, dairy sachets and sugar sachets provided.
Nothing intact, had to pay advance deposit plus the entire rent in advance, pretty strange...first time seen this in my life... cleaning happened as we checked in since the room was dirty when we checked in. Post repeated reminders and insistence happened on the third day

I think they have to replace all of the plumbing fittings like pipes, flushed etc, when flushing in the toilet rest is coming out from the flush tank. we have opened a tap filter bcoz there were no enough pressure for the water and we found it was blocked with dusts and rests. if they maintain this all the remains are fine

There are balconies in both bedrooms and the hall, and the kitchen. The apartment is hence sunlit and airy. I could see my car (parked on the road) and the shops nearby. This facility is in a residential area, and thus it is a quiet place.

Everything was awesome. It was a pleasant stay and the price is reasonable. It is worth spending.
Kitchen was clean and tidy, but there was some insects, please make sure to use the insect pray before checkin.
