Nothing, the rooms were worn out despite only being afew years old. The good thing was it was close to the mall and if you needed to have a quick meal or have a walk, you could go there. It was nice, clean and windy in there. Pram my son there after breakfast so he could fall alseep.

They increase the AC temperature overnight, when going to bed the room was 21 and in the middle of the night it was 25. When asked at the front desk, they just say we will check. They staff at the restaurant for breakfast are not attentive and arrogant. Asked for toast and was waiting and the guy was checking his phone after he gave the toast and when asked for the butter, he said on the table. it was not, took them 10 mins to locate the butter. Mind you my wife was carrying my son while waiting for the toast and no help whatsoever offered. Another day asked for sugar and the guy went chatting and only brought the sugar because i was starting at him. The valet car guys are impatient and want to get your car keys immediately once you arrive at the hotel. We had shopping to take out as well as my son was asleep. Also stop fumigating the hotel outside at 9pm, do it after 11pm/12am. It’s disturbing coming back with my child. Also housekeeping needs to be dressed neatly, the guy was covered in sweat that the whole room was smelling after he entered.

Loves the hotel , the rooms were super clean..Very friendly staff..The breakfast was awesome! The swimming pool was excellent! The Chinese restaurant was amazing and not to be missed! The mall connecting the hotel is the huge highlight! A must stay hotel

Great location, very near to airport which was a plus. Staff was hospitable. Special mention to our personalized butler Tithi who helped us throughout and is a great professional. Loved the stay.

The location and the view with lots of greenery with blooming flowers is a sight to enjoy, great staff apart from few, the warmth and their commitment is very appreciated. Though it's IT hub with lots of guests, it's nice to see everything runs smoothly. Front desk assisted by their staff Sita was very helpful till she made every attempt to make sure everything is fine, and in lounge Harjot took extra effort to make the evening a memorable one. Everything was great the staff,spread and the ambiance. Hope to visit again.

The coordination between different departments to be improved to make guests better, if not it's very embarassing moment's which really upset the evening.
