The experience was excellent food was excellent the beds were hard as a brick but other than that everything was phenomenal.

Every thing seemed good but there was some sort of leak in the corner of the bedroom near the shower. It caused some of our clothes to get wet.

It was a little rundown but it served it’s purpose.

Staff is so great. Room is clean and place is affordable. No bells and whistles, but we just needed a comfortable place to sleep. Wish the shades closed all the way.

I have stayed here twice now and I keep returning because it is a good value. It has had a few updates, but could use a few more. The AC is a bit noisy and it was a bit stuffy at first. Breakfast is a nice perk and location is excellent! Overall, a great place to stay.

Well I would like to say that our stay was good. However we didn't get to stay. We ended up having car trouble and had to leave early. Expedia is telling me that this hotel is the one denying a refund for the night not used. We really didn't use the hotel at all but only wanted a refund for the second night. I guess they needed the money more than I did. That's cool though. As long as you can sleep at night. Bad business though

Great clean spot

A quick weekend getaway. Location was great and hotel was nice and clean, with friendly staff.

Great people at front desk. We were there 4 days. Fix swimming pool ladder before soneone hurts themselves.

As expected it was clean, nice breakfast, availability of “snacks”. The best part of our stay was our interaction with Tori. She greeted us upon our arrival and checked us in. She was so friendly and kind. She acknowledged us, by name any time we crossed paths.

Stayed overnight prior to surgery and it was just what we needed! Great breakfast, too!

Noisy late at night. Property in disrepair (leak buckets sitting out in the hallway).

It was fine. But there were leaks, dirty pool, floor shook when my husband walked (he’s only 220lb), could hear other people in halls/rooms.

Some things needs upgrades

The rooms are comfortable, and the reception area is nice, but the hallways, exterior and pool area need attention. 2 ceiling tiles came down outside our room with water pouring from the ceiling on floor 2. This resulted in loud drilling and no water for more than an hour, and a mess outside in the hallway that was not really cleaned up well. I am a Choice hotels member and this was disappointing. It was things like leaving ladders laying around with pallets, or the trash and smell of urine in the parking lot. Mulch is cheap and so is paint. A little TLC is needed and there was nothing indicating a remodel. Top it off with your staff calling at 5 minutes after 11 as we’re loading the car to ask why we weren’t out yet when one room was vacated at 10 and I was in the parking lot. Given the hassles, the only thing we should’ve heard was we’re sorry and thank you. The entrance to the hotel is also a little strange as you come in from the back, no front entrance.

Miss Lola at front desk was excellent. My card was declined for security reasons because I’m out of state and it was late and I couldn’t get them to work It out on the phone and I had all the kids with me and it was very frustrating and Miss Lola instantly saved the day With idea to use Expedia and I instantly got approved for my room with my card. The property was Nice I would go back there for just because of Miss Lola’s service.

It was fine

I had to stay overnight in Nashville from Chattanooga for a conference and rarely have I stayed anywhere and gotten a good night's sleep. AC didn't sound like a train running all night (actually cut off and on when it was supposed to). No problems with the television signal, nice, spacious shower, for what was being offered, I got my money's worth and then some.

Fantastic stay, highly recommend
