Time Hotel is a great spot! You MUST take time to chat with Daro, Daisy, Cece, and Jackson. This team does a great job to have a great stay. The property has an older feel with real charm and excellent breakfast. Also, don't forget to book a trip to Ha Long Bay

Styles itself as a B&B and while not luxurious (it never said it was!) it is in a good location, is clean and comfortable and has just about the most helpful and friendly staff I have ever encountered. They made my unexpectedly lengthy stay a real pleasure. Not expensive either.

Not meet US standard for family travel, but for backpack travel is Ok! VN Motel6 rating. Breakfast & Staffs is good. For US travelers with family need larger room, but for European guests maybe Ok with this small tiny space room.

I booked this hotel for 1 night first and extend 2 more nights. My stay here is great, no trouble there. Now is summer in Viet nam, very hot. This hotel has very good AC and soft bed, clean room and new equipment. I am very happy with that. I booked the trip with time hotel staff, they offered me details of information and very good price. Being avoid to book the trip with travel agency outside as they try to scam you to get more commission. Time hotel is very good choice for you.

I will stay in this hotel again as this is very perfect hotel with good location in hanoi old quarter. This hotel is small but new and very nice. The room with soft and comfortable bed, nice bathroom and good AC. The wifi is also working in the room. I arranged the tour halong and sapa with them. I really satisfied with the price and quality. I definitely recommend to other travellers

Loved this hotel. Safe & clean accommodations in the heart of Old town Hanoi. Many places to eat with wonderful culture. The staff was extremely friendly. They will help with setting up tours either in town or an overnight stay in another city

We had excellent stay with Time hotel, Hanoi, everything is perfect. The location is in the Old Quarter, but is quiet in the evenings so you won't have to worry about a bad night's sleep. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff at Hanoi Time hotel was amazing and fantastic.Anna, provided me with the best customer service while I was in Vietnam. When I had an issue with my Halong Bay tour, she did her best to resolve the issues for me even though it was not the hotel's issue. Anna said since their hotel booked it, they felt responsible. Anna even went as far as saying that the hotel would make up for me if the tour company did not! Now that's great service. Luckily, the tour company resolved the issue. As well, the hotel arranged and picked up my Sapaly ticket to Sapa and provided me with a free shower even though I was not staying at the hotel that evening. I highly recommend the hotel and I'll certainly stay at Hanoi Time hotel if I visit Hanoi in the future.
