The location is very strategic to major attractions in Ipoh. The house is very beautiful and cosy yet the price is very affordable. We love our room - it was spacious and has a beautiful view of the garden. Nice decoration and all the furniture are in very good condition.

Parking is quite limited.

not recommend. safety issue If I could give negative -7 stars I would. The absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The room and environment is nice at first. Once you meet the owner of the property. Everything else just became negative. Started with his very unprofessional welcome at the front desk, he said “is it your first time here? If yes, you need to give angpao” Wasted so much of my and my family time and not letting us go to our rooms. This was priority as it is obvious we were exhausted after the train ride. Not recommended even if you have free voucher to go there. Perhaps this is why they’re one the rare properties whose T&C is fully non refundable. Unacceptable service, they must have know customer will complain and communicate

A beautiful, well maintained, well designed property, run by two very friendly owners Mr. Oh and Micheal. The check-in process was a breeze. Lots of lounging area inside. The room's shower area was not slippery, a huge plus. Water pressure was excellent. Beds were comfortable, AC easy to control. Room was very clean too. Ample space to hang your clothes. There's a safe and a minibar for your convenience. Will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in Ipoh

Location was great! The place is clean and nice, exactly as shown in pictures. Staff was friendly and attentive. Check-in and check-out very seamless and easy too. Parking wasn't an issue either. Really love the place, very well done and well kept.

A little gem very quiet and comfortable. Very clean. Spacious room with modern living. Very value for money. Complimentary tea and coffee morning help your self breakfast area overlooking the garden which was really nice. Loved our little outside patio with the fish pond. Will definitely stay again.

In a residential area need a car to stay here as no restaurant around
